For this service, Tommy arrived on-time and performed the install quickly. I purchased the toilet through the supply house Tommy uses so Tommy picked up the new toilet and delivered it to my house. In addition he removed the old toilet. The toilet cost $250 and Tommy charged $100 for his labor. This included a return visit to tighten some bolts that tend to loosen up after installation on Toto toilets (google it, it wasnt just a excuse). This is only the latest service I have had from Tommy. I trust Tommy for all my plumbing needs. My house is over 25 years old. Last year I had a flood in my upstairs bath. I called Tommy and he was at the house immediately to ensure no further dammage occured. Then I hired Tommy to do the plumbing on the subsequent remodel. I am female and am often home alone when servicemen work on my home. I trust Tommy to be in my home with me or in my home alone. My husband (former Law Enforcement) trusts Tommy and he doesn't trust anyone. I cannot recommend Tommy more highly. If you are a women with children and worry about who is in your home, I highly recommend Tommy. With the larger plumbing companies you never know who will be at your door.
