Description of Work: They had to replace my entire front door including the white decorative door transom and sidelights around the door top and sides. They also repaired all windows on the front of the house 9 windows in total. In essence the took my whole front door down an replaced it.

Description of Work: We called BNW Builders due to their great rating with you all. They were prompt about sending someone out to inspect what we needed, but then no one ever came back or contacted us. My husband called them several more times and no one ever came. We then used another company that you all gave a good rating.

Description of Work: Reroofed my 2-story colonial house with 40 year materials and guarantee. Completed the entire project in one day with a crew of six to eight workers. Only the crew chief spoke English, but that wasn't an issue. Very professional, cleaned up the mess very well before they left. Price was as quoted, work was done on time, looks great and has not leaked.

Description of Work: I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK ON REPLACING THE ROOF, HOWEVER THEY NEGLECTED TO REPLACE THE SCREENING THAT HAD BEEN PLACED AROUND MY ATTIC FAN AND A SQUIRREL MADE A NEST IN THE FAN AND BURNED OUT THE MOTOR. WHEN I REALIZED WHAT HAD HAPPENED I CALLED THEM TO COME BACK AND FIX THE SCREENING AROUND THE FAN. THEY HAD TO COME OUT TWICE, BUT THEY FINALLY GOT THE JOB DONE RIGHT. THE OWNER WAS VERY RECEPTIVE TO MY COMPLAINTS AND WORKED WITH ME TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.

Description of Work: We used BNW Builders to replace the entire outside of our house. We started with our roof in the summer of 2010 and we were so pleased with Scott and BNW Builders that we hired them again to do the rest of the house. During the spring of 2011, we replaced all the siding on our house, 7 sliding glass doors, all the gutters and had them build us a new 2-level huge deck and new front porch. We also have 2 balconies off upstairs bedrooms that BNW redid for us. When the old siding was pulled off part of the back of the house we realized that the back wall was totally rotted. A prior owner had put a board along the back wall to hold everything in place then covered it. This situation was outside of the scope of our initial project and $$$ but Bruce, Tim and Scott came right out to the house along with Jason (our deck guru) and figured out the best way to replace that entire wall without too much pain. We were very pleased. I can't say enough about the quality, professionalism, integrity, timeliness, and value.... that BNW Builders provides. All tolled.. we had a huge project and can not be happier that we chose Bruce and his company to complete this for us. The only thing left to do on our house is the windows and when they need replacing, we will definitely have BNW do that for us as well.
