We had some storm damage. Part of our porch came down and BNW Builders repaired it. Everything went very well, we were very happy. I remember that the price that they had quoted was a lot lower than some other companies that came out. They were friendly, they talked with us and let us know what was going on all the time. It was done when they said it would be and it looks great. There weren't any hidden fees, they were very upfront and I like that.

They are excellent and their quality is top notch. They use top notch materials. They are trustworthy. They do an exceptional job so we continue to use them. They show up on time and do an excellent job. They are not the cheapest or most expensive. You get what you pay for. I would absolutely use them again.

BNW responded immediately with an estimate to complete this job; we had contacted several other roofing companies, but they did not respond in a timely manner - some not at all. BNW gave us an estimate and adhered to it, finishing the work in one day, as they had scheduled. BNW installed custom-made French doors for us last year and did any excellent job on this project, also; the doors are beautiful and professionally installed. Whenever we have more work to be done, we will not hesitate to call BNW first.

They were able to work their price down to meet ny budget and their responsiveness, proffesionalism and quality of work were top knoch. I was very happy with them and I will definatelly be using them for other jobs I have planned in my home.

I couldn't be happier with my new roof and and gutter system as it will protect my house. The roof and ridge vent will keep my house in great condition. The biggest problem that BNW Builders had was putting in the patio door. The workman put in the door and replace the sub flooring, but was unable to put back the hardwood floor back. Bruce, the owner sent in his go to man. Bruce had paid for new hardwood to replace the hardwood removed, and did outstanding job in finishing the hardwood replacement. BNW Builders a few years ago replaced all my windows. But they also made me an unusual crawl space door. The did an outstanding job. The door is 5' high by 4' wide PVC with hinges. They used parts of screen door to hold the door open.

I got an estimate from them for new roof. It was 2x the going rate for the area. Almost $500 per square, did not use them, it was a total waste of time to even get an estimate from them.

So far the gutters look beautiful - they were installed quickly with no mess around the house. The guys saved us some of the old gutter for our sheds - they picked the best old pieces and did some measuring for us. I thought that was above and beyond the call of duty since they could have just saved all the old gutter ,. This way they made our lives MUCH easier.... Nice group to work with - they started when they said and finished when they said they would.

Members of the company's senior management met with us initially, provided cost estimates, and planned the project. They were "straight shooters" who communicated well and were easy to deal with. The installation crew worked efficiently and did a fine job. They, too, were easy to work with. The whole job took about 10 days. All in all, we highly recommend BNW for its customer service and workmanship.

Scheduled an at-home visit for measuring. Some confusion over appointment. I thought I was set up to meet with Mr. Lacy on Wednesday. He called Tuesday and said he was on the way. When I explained I was at work and did not expect him until the next day, he offered to come by anyway, measure, and just leave me a quote, which was fine. He called me later in the day asking if he could visit the next day and leave the quote for us. That was the last I heard from them. Really surprised me that in this economy, a home improvement company could blow off $21,000 worth of work. Not sure if that is what they would have charged, but that is what we are paying their competitor.

The installation went very quickly, and the new gutter system looks outstanding. There was one glitch - the installation crew neglected to pick up behind themselves, leaving behind them numerous nails (mostly hidden in the grass). However, I emailed the company (a couple of days later when I realized the extent of the problem), and literally within minutes my yard was being checked for nails and I received a formal apology. The customer service response more than made up for the installation crew's forgetfulness. I highly recommend this company.

There wasn’t anything I disliked about them other than their quote was a little on the higher side, and that was one of the reasons I didn’t go with them. There was nothing I particularly cared for, they were quite professional, and I had no complaints about them or the visit with them. If I have the money, I probably would use them in the future.

Tim from BNW called in advance and showed up on time. He showed me how I locked up the window, how to avoid it in the future, and how to fix if necessary. Top-notch service.

They gave us a very detailed estimate and explanations. Everything was written down. We were located in a private association place so everything has to go to the association people for approval and they prepared all the necessary documents. What we have to do is just to submit it. They were very nice and they really did a good job. We got very good windows for the price.

They were out for about an hour and it was a pretty good exchange.

They came to my home and gave me an estimate in a timely manner. When we agreed to the work they said it would be done within one to two weeks but it took them about four weeks to get around to doing it; after a couple of phone calls.

They employ a friendly, helpful, and no pressure sales staff. They matched the color of my house trim perfectly. They installed a top quality product that looks absolutely great! My house has a number of 45 degree angles and I would have never believed that anyone could fit aluminum gutters to a 45 degree angle that fit so perfectly that they look like crown molding. The gutters actually improved the look of the house. The installers did an incredible job and I could not be happier or more impressed with their work. I would recommend BNW Builders to anyone thinking of installing gutters that will not clog up in a location that is jam packed with trees or if you simply need to improve the look and long term stability of your home.

I was visited by a sales person who was polite and knowledgeable and, after I expressed an interest in seeing more, he took measurements of the door. Yes, it turned out I needed to go to the showroom and actually 'see' products. It was convenient for me to go there that same day. I was met by Bruce and the administrative professional, Bonnie, with graciousness and professionalism. The quality of product seemed very solid, the coupon was honored; I still felt that it was rather costly but then, maybe I am unrealistic. The fact that they honored the coupon offered through Angie's List was a plus. Everything I wanted was heard, I was given many options for "choice of door" and guided well. I was told it would take a month for the door to arrive and for installation to occur. The only 'glitch' was that after 5 weeks I had to call them to ask when I could expect the door to be replaced. All it took, however, was that call. The door was installed the following Monday, by Steve. And what an excellent job. My goodness. I love it. The calibre of the work was stellar, the quality of the door is great, I couldn't be more pleased! I would also like to note that I have never seen such neat containment of what is definitely a mess (removing an old door and the stuff that comes with that and installing the new door). The need to finish the outside .. I think caulking et al. . . was also handled perfectly. It was, actually, like clockwork. As the door was ready for the exterior to be finished . . the 2 additional men whose specialty seemed to be 'that' showed up! Easy Peasy. Nice and Neat. And my door is tight and solid and so very professionally well done. . I can't say enough. Worth the $1900.00. I liked their work so much that when I finally have the budget to replace 2 dormer windows. . I will begin with them.

They were great and it’s a good company. We had a good experience with them. They got the work done on a timely fashion. The only glitch was that the owner of the company was going through issues with the window manufacturers. The original window they did was a different type of a window which was not the owner’s fault that they pulled out of this cost. We were very pleased with the way he handled it. He was very professional and quite open about it. We had a couple of minor issues with the screen; there were a couple of damaged screens that were damaged while shipping. They replaced the screens and stood behind the product. The new screens were replaced within a month. This was a good thing because even though they had a difficulty due to the holidays they were very accommodating. It was a good experience and would recommend them to anybody. The owner got personally involved in our purchasing and in making sure we were satisfied. He was here after the job to personally inspect it too. They pricing is good and competitive. The workers were communicating with the owner daily on the job when we got the issues with the screen so he actually called us and said that he know about the issue and would handle it. He was really upfront about it which was really cool.

I called for an estimate and and scheduled a time quickly. They came to inspect the job and impressed me with their knowledge. They did try to sell me on regrading the roof instead of merely adding another leader in the proper position, which would be a much larger job. They never got back to me. Two weeks later, I called back and they said they would give me an estimate. Two weeks after that, I still had not heard from them. I called again and they were at a loss to explain why they forgot about me. I do not believe that this company is interested in small jobs.

They told me they weren't here to do what I wanted, they were just here to make it look good. I wanted what I paid for not for it to just look good. I called the company to tell them what he had said to me and I was told they would take care of it. It was just a bad experience. There was one guy, the boss over the workers that came to my house, that was very nice.

They came out and gave me an estimate. They had several discounts. They're price was right in range with other companies. I had a good experience with them. There was nothing I didn't like.

From estimate to completion we were completely satisfied with the experience

Called BNW for information on replacement windows. The presentation was great. The rep showed all options -- from the lowest priced window to the highest. There was no pressure to purchase anything. After the presentation, he left all his contact information .. just in case I wanted to contact him. I contacted the company to make an appointment. The workers arrived on schedule and worked until finish. Customer service was great. Everyone I came in contact with was professional and really nice to work with. I was amazed at how wonderful the house looked after the replacement windows were installed. Some of the old windows had become drafty and the replacement windows took care of that problem completely.

NO complaints, nice job, done 10 days before scheduled appointment.

They are excellent; they are top of the line. They did an excellent job. They have done a lot of things for us. The pricing for the roof is done according to the square footage, type of roof and type of warranty purchased. They go the extra mile. They don't use the black tar paper; they use armour decking which will not leak. They put 6 nails in a shingle instead of the normal 3. They put in extra flashing and put in drip mounting under the shingles that go around the house to prevent the shingles from cracking on the edges. They do a lot of extra stuff. We could have gotten a roof estimate for $4,500 but we went with them because we wanted a better quality roof installation. I could have paid $10,000 for the same roof with a 30 year warranty. This roof has a 7 year warranty. They were wonderful. They did quality work and used top of the line materials. They don't cut costs based on cheap materials. They respond within a week for any issues. We would definitely get a bid from them for anything we need that they do.
