+ -1 moreThe staff was very good in sitting down with me and picking out the colors. They were really good in giving options and also not pushing something. Customer service is very good. They are very courteous. They are helpful. They are very good in lending out the tiles.

+ -1 moreA sales associate helped us out and got us set up with all the materials that we needed. It was a very decent price for the product that we got. We bought real stone tile. It was a really good price. The sales associate was really helpful. We are doing the work ourselves. I think they have really reasonable prices for the product that they have. We dealt with a couple of different people and some were professional and some were not as quite. We would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We were having all four bathrooms remodeled and our contractor suggested we go to Best Tiles and work with Mary on a design for the floors in three of the bathrooms and designs for the shower/tub in the guest bath and a design for the shower stall in the Master Bathroom. We purchased porcelain tile for all of the bathrooms, plus a decorative pattern of stone glass for a border in the two full baths. Mary has an amazing eye for what looks elegant, yet not overstated. We gave her the colors we were looking for, along with our budget and she came thorough with the perfect, unique look for each bathroom. When we discovered that the tile for the half bath in the basement was too large of a pattern and that we needed smaller tiles......Best Tiles returned them - no question. Even though we were using our own contractor, Mary gave us the discount usually given to builders. They have a large inventory and a separate room of sale items that are marked down to very reasonabl prices! I highly reocommend this store!
