+ -1 moreAfter repair, AC leaked and heating leaked condensation into furnace. Would not honor warranty.After 6 to 8 attempts to get him to fix, I called the DPOR. Found out he had no license after checking with DPOR. Filed complaint with DPOR and Dale Dillon was arrested for not having a contractors license as well as a HVAC License. Please check out the people you have in your home and make sure they are licensed to do the work. His web site states he is fully licensed and insured. Still does and he does not have a license yet. 2016 per the DPOR. Total disaster to deal with this guy. Made verbal threats after I questioned his work. Stay away from the guy.
Description of Work: Replace Furnace and AC unit.

+ -1 moreThe service went fine. They arrived when they indicated they would and examined my fridge. They told me that there was not anything wrong with the fridge currently and explained why it may not have been working but now was working.
Description of Work: I have used Anytime before and find them to be punctual and responsive. Similar to prior experiences, they were punctual, responsive and willing to explain to me what was going on with my fridge. I will continue to use them for any appliance issue.

+ -1 moreHorrible. I have never had someone make me actually cry and stress me out.
Description of Work: Horrible company and owner. He changes things on the web for peoples negative feedback, and changes the name of his company around and then makes fake good reviews. He has anytime anywhere and anytime appliance and Dale Dillon etc. See BBB about him and really look. Do not deal with this guy he is a scammer and the rep for the company that did fix my appliance told me they know he is too. He likes to make about 60 to 70 bucks per service call and do nothing for you also. He plays games and tries to manipulate you when you are in a bind. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Description of Work: Provided same day service to repair a Bosch Washing Machine, something that is hard to find. Came all the way from Richmond (to Toano) to do the job. Employees pleasant and knowledgeable. Definitely use again if needed.
