They never got back to me.

Spoke with Barry regarding installation of new fence and was scheduled for estimate but Barry never showed or called; it's a good thing I was working from home on this day.

Sent message via Angie's list on July 5th, 2017. No response.

Outstanding from start to finish. The owner, Barry Sutherland, responded to me within an hour of my initial phone call to him. He had a crew working nearby and two (2) of his men came by my place that same day so as to consult and get details for a repair estimate. Barry provided an estimate next day. The job was completed less than two (2) weeks from my initial phone call to Barry and I am 200% satisfied with the work performed. Done RIGHT and should now be able to survive anything Mother Nature tries to do to it! I would definitely recommend Accent Fence to anyone.

Accent Fencing enclosed our back yard with a black chain-link fence that is sufficiently high and sturdy to prevent our dogs from getting around, under or over it. The fence includes two gated openings--one for an individual and one ten-foot wide gate opening for vehicles and lawn equipment. Barry showed up when he said he would and provided a cost estimate that was realistic and competitive. (He even stuck with the original Fall, 2015 estimate despite the fact that we delayed getting the work done over the winter and early spring.). He is busy at this time of year so it did take about three weeks before he could get started on the project but he and a very professional team of workers showed up on the day work was scheduled to start and completed the entire project in less than a day. We would certainly recommend the company and will use them again.

Great job, they were scheduling 4 weeks out but my job was small so they fit me in within a week. Did a terrific job. Exactly what i wanted and left the yard clean and looking good. Could not be more happy with them.

Awesome company. I contacted Accent the morning after the storms. I explained what I needed and was told I would get a call back shortly. I did. Barry called and I explained what happened and he said he would come by that day or the next. He came by the next day, looked things over, and gave me the estimate. He explained that he could schedule the work the next week because they had some other repairs going on that week. The Accent Fence team just left a few minutes ago. The guys were polite and walked through what would be done. They also pointed out some concerns with my fence overall but only suggestions and no high pressure sale. They completed the repairs, cleaned up and were on their way. The amount was exactly as Barry estimated. I would absolutely use Accent Fencing again. The whole fence probably needs replaced and I hope I can use them to do the job this fall.

Barry with Accent Fencing came to the house, made great suggestions, and gave us a quote. He was flexible when we changed our mind on a few things and very accommodating. He was easy to talk to, trustworthy, and kind. The crew that came-out was just as professional as Barry. Nathan was the lead for our fence and he and the other guys worked long, hard hours in 90 degree weather. I am so happy with my fence and so glad that I chose Accent. I would recommend them to anyone!

I spoke with many fence companies about rehanging or replacing the double doors of my 6 foot privacy fence. All companies, for the exception of Accent Fencing, said the job was too small for this time of year or the estimators didn't show up to quote the job. Barry Sutherland of Accent Fencing not only showed up to quote the job, he gave me two options to choose from that were both budget friendly. He was very honest with me regarding his already scheduled work but said he'd work in my small repair job. He made good on his word and the repairs were done in a timely manner with quality hardware. I highly recommend Accent Fencing for your new fence or repairs to your existing fence.

It was excellent! Barry came out to give a quote and sent the contract via email in a few days time. He was prompt, and professional. The crew was great, left my yard looking better then when they came. I was thoroughly impressed with the speed and quality of the job, and I would definitely recommend Accent Fencing to anyone in the future. I love the look and finish of everything. I could not be happier.

Barry was courteous and punctual. He was very personable and gave the best price out of the 4 estimates I received. His crew completed the fence quicker than I thought they would and they took great care to use the best lumber for the fence. We will use his service again for our future fencing needs.

Barry Sutherland was prompt to respond to my inquiry. He came to my home to check the yard and talk about the installation. The fence was installed before the time promised!! It looks great and I intend to have him build a doggie door for me soon. I highly recommend this gentleman.

The house we were moving into was missing a portion of fence and the back deck was not enclosed by the back fence. Since we have pets we wanted to screen in the back deck to keep the pets in the yard. We contacted Barry with Accent Fencing and he came out to survey the work required. We sent him pictures of what we wanted and he provided an estimate. As he got started we asked him to add a couple details such as putting a dog door into the screened porch and making a small repair to a section of fence that he hadn't put in his original estimate. He was extremely flexible about both items and only charged us for the dog door itself. Barry's experience was helpful because as he was working he identified a safety issue that he was able to fix for us, and he gave us advice on whether to stain the porch or simply seal it. Overall it was a great experience and we've been very happy with the result!

The owner of Accent Fence, Barry Sutherland, called me back promptly and set up an appointment to come see the fencing in place and go over vinyl options with my mother and I. He provided us with a written detailed estimate in a timely manner. Upon choosing Accent Fence for the job, we notified Barry Sutherland and he ordered the materials and set up an installation date. However, he soon found out that the fencing materials would not be available for a couple of weeks and we were promptly notified of this. A new date was set and carried out as planned. We have had Mr. Sutherland back for some tweeking in a couple of areas and he responded promptly and took care of the issues to our satisfaction. The fence is absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be happier with it. We would definitely use Accent Fence again for future possible fencing needs.

They did a really good job and were competitively priced. We wanted a unique way to put our mailbox up to match our fit and they whipped it up in about 30 minutes so they had real nice customer service. They were very responsive and attentive when they quoted the project. They had the entire job done in two days and they were very easy to work with. I will use them again in the future.
