Samuel was the crew leader and he did a great job. His crew was well-practiced, worked well together, and created minimal waste. They delivered the supplies the night before and showed up on time the day of the job. They worked quickly and stayed at it until the job was done...All for a price we thought we thought was very reasonable, after comparing with other company's quotes.

Mr Kain contacted me immediately after I purchased the BIG DEAL for a new roof. Poor weather delayed installation for about a month, but throughout that period, Mr. Kain was in contact with me and scheduled the work on the first day the weather improved enough to allow the new roof an gutters to be installed. The crew was very professional and installed the roof in one day and the gutters the next day. The end result is spectacular. I would like to point out that Mr. Kain took a deep personal interest to ensure all facets of the project were performed to my satisfaction. He even performed a few tasks to help me meet homeowners association requirements that were "above and beyond..." I will not hesitate to use A Plus Roofing again and I highly recommend this company to all.

Very punctual, They Did a complete assessment of the roof by measuring the entire square footage, and explained how much it would cost. Was pleased to know it would cost up to $5000 less then previously quote. The entire roof was completed on one weekend. The 3D shingles from GAF really gives the roof a lot of depth and makes it really stand out from the rest. Also afterwards Mr.Kain also help me to receive a rebate from the shingle company for my service in the military

The work went extremely well. Bill Kain's crew came early each day and stayed till past dark. Even with pending rainstorms, they completely covered parts of the exposed roof to ensure no water came through has they worked on each section of the roof. The men were courteous, neat, professional, and always cleaned up. I found no nails on the ground -- they were that diligent in their clean up. It took them about 4-5 days to complete the job. Bill Kain came by a couple of days later to personally meet with us again to ensure the job was to our satisfaction -- which it was. I was use Mr. Kain and A Plus Roofing again in a hearbeat. He made this effort a joyful experience.

A Plus Roofing was very responsive. They came out within a day to provide an estimate and then started and completed the project according to the schedule they provided. We were very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again.

Finally, a company that lives up to its name. A Plus Roofing recently completed replacing the roof on our home. What a spectacular job! We love it. Our entire house looks 100% better. It was not an easy job either. Our house was built in the 1940's and has had numerous additions since. The steep pitches and weathered dormers made it a challenge. However Billy Cane and his crew took to the task. They were on time, professional, efficient, and at the lowest cost of any of the several roofing companies that I consulted with on Angie's List. The crew was friendly, considerate, and obviously very experienced. They removed all debris neatly, treated our landscaping with respect, and completed the job on time with no hidden costs or surprises. A Plus Roofing recently replaced our roof, and we were very pleased with their professionalism, attention to detail, and the overall quality of the job they did. From the initial quoting process,during which Bill Kain explained how they would do things and the extra things A Plus Roofing would do to make the job look and go well, to the care of the actual workers in protecting everything around our house as they did their work, to the final cleanup of the job, we were totally pleased with our choice in contractors. I plan to use A Plus Roofing for other work on my house in the future (gutters done with roof, siding and window work in the plan), and I will heartily recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors without hesitation.

Billy Kain was very responsive. I had a leak in my roof and they were able to get a tarp on my house right away to protect future damage and were able to get me scheduled in to replace it within a couple days. Everything went smooth and feel I received a great quality roof. I was also told I had a few rotten pieces of wood that needed replaced and were not even charged any additional for them. Would highly recommended them.

Mr. Kain was a real pleasure to work with. Very nice guy. From the start he was very gracious and appreciative that I contacted him about doing work for me. He was prompt in returning my phone calls and answering my questions. Very professional. I choose his company because he explained to me in detail what the problem was, how he was going to fix it and the warranty on his work. He even took pictures. His crew started the work on time, finished on time and cleaned up the work site. From what I could tell his crew did a great job. Communication was excellent. Mr. Kain had to deviate from the original repair plan because of unforeseen problems however he called me promptly to explain the new plan and did not charge me extra. Mr. Kain is a caring person. I like that about him. He shows compassion for the people he serves.

I highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for a first class job at a reasonable price. First of all, Mr Kain (Billy) returned my initial call the same morning and offered to come out to see the job within 24 hours. Most of the other contractors I called could not come out for a few days .... some two weeks! This was important as I had just found a roof leak and was going on a 3 week vacation to Europe in a month's time. From the minute he arrived I was impressed with Billy's very friendly and professional approach. He is clearly a man of integrity who has a lifetime of experience in the business. He is rightfully proud of the excellent reputation and recognition he has earned with top manufacturers. We discussed some specific issues to be addressed and he offered his advice on materials and solutions. He did not try to "up-sell" me on any products. Instead, he asked lots of questions and kept the focus on what was most appropriate for my needs. He even agreed to some changes (e.g. removal of roof-light/ partial gutter replacement) without additional charge. I already had gutter protectors but, in medium-to-heavy rain the water simply cascaded over the porch like a waterfall. Mr. Kain introduced me to a high quality leaf protection system I had never seen before. Having had a major rain storm the day after they were installed, I can confirm that they worked beautifully! Most importantly, they completed the whole roof within two weeks of my first inquiry AND gave me the most competitive price. The roofing team were extremely pleasant to deal with (thank you Sam and team). They arrived on time, completed the job in three days as promised, and were very tidy workers, clearing all waste and nails afterwards. They also called the day before to confirm the start date/time, and kept me informed of any details by phone throughout the job. In my 15 years of working with contractors in the US I have nearly always had to deal with serious delays and work quality issues. This is by far the best experience I've ever had with a contractor. Thank you Billy for showing the rest how it SHOULD be done!

Samuel came out but his ladder was not tall enough to get up to the very high roof. He returned the next morning but we had fog and the roof was too slick. Samuel was back to our house around noon. He measured from inside where the problem was and then went outside and measure again. It was a nail hole. He placed flashing under the tile and caulked. On his way down the ladder, he noticed a problem shingle on our asphalt shingled front porch. He went back to the truck, grabbed a single and replaced the bad one. We'll know when it rains how it went. However, Samuel was very professional and fast. He said that, overall, our roof was in good shape. I'm was very pleased with the responsiveness. It's understandable that he needed a taller ladder. Our gutter cleaners needed to get a taller ladder, too. They called an hour to a half hour before Samuel came out to the house. If I needed to get home from an office, that would have given me sufficient time to get here to meet him.

They did a great job. I was very pleased with the work they did.

Mr, Kain was both friendly and highly professional. He showed up punctually for his first visit and took his time to discuss what our roof needed and explained exactly what his crew would do. He offered high quality products at a very competitive price. His crew was astounding. It was clear that they knew what they were doing. They worked efficiently, taking down the old roof and making repairs as needed. They put on a new roof with equal efficiency, adding a vent ridge, and flashing as needed. The house looked twenty years newer. And, they picked up carefully at the end of every day. My wife and I could not have been more pleased. Thanks!

Billy Kain was recommended by my banker. I left him a message and he returned my call same day and made arrangements to meet with me on a Friday. He was there on time, prepared, and very professional. He reviewed his company's offerings, suggested possible alternatives to our problem, and overall impressed us with his knowledge, courtesy, professionalism and attitude. We ended up signing a contract. A Plus Roofing arrived when promised and the crew was dedicated, hard-working, and respectful. The temperatures were in excess of 90 degrees yet, they worked through the heat and into the evening hours. Billy was on-site daily. Although I don't think the crew expected or needed him, it was definitely reassuring to a new customer to see the owner heavily engaged. I expected the job to take all week; they finished in 3 days. I love my new roof!! I really appreciated the time and attention the crew provided to details, .like covering my plants, using tarps to assist in cleanup and leaving the job each day only after cleaning up and leaving things neat. At the end of the job, they took particular care to go over the entire work area with magnets to remove any dropped nails. The crew was first rate - I felt blessed to have them. The only score I gave less than an 'A' - which really is an A+, is the price. This is not meant to be a criticism, new roofs are expensive. I went over my budget, but would do it again for the quality and the excellent service. It isn't always about the money. This is one of the few times when I feel like I got what I paid for; and without any stress or hassle. I am a somewhat picky customer and my husband is much more particular and demanding. He was very pleased, a little surprised, and couldn't say enough great things about our experience with Billy and A Plus Roofing. I highly recommend them.

Mr. Kain and his entire team worked diligently to provide quality service, workmanship and final product. For the roof, they used top quality materials and accessories to update our attic venting system as well as the shingle/leak-barrier systems on the surface. The A PLUS Roofing crew [and materials] arrived promptly and worked very efficiently, all day, to complete the job (two separate rooftops) in a single day. The men were respectful of our persons, our landscape and our property and did an exceptional job in cleaning up after themselves. The disposal bin remained overnight, but was removed bright and early the next morning. We were fortunate to get some rain shortly after the roof was completed. A test which revealed zero leaks from either the planar surfaces, from the specialized Cobra hip vent or the repair from removal of obsolete attic fan. With regard to the gutters, the old gutters were removed and new, seamless gutters were installed. A PLUS Roofing installed new "beefy" downspouts to move greater volumes of water, as well. They even accommodated my rain barrel' dedicated downspout - a courtesy I wasn't expecting as it had slipped my mind to even request it. The GutterDome appliances are clean and sleek looking. The "domes" are screwed to the gutters and look very professional. They replaced some vinyl DIY doohickeys that left [too] much to be desired. Again, not a day after the gutters were completed, we get hit with one heckuva rain/hail storm complete with gale-force winds and torrential downpours. The gutters provided ample flow to move the efficient water-shedding of the new GAF roofs. At the end of the day, A PLUS Roofing exceeded our expectations and increased our home' value. The costs were reasonable for what we demanded and received. Bill Kain is a good man to work with and conducts business with honor and integrity. I don't expect to need further roofing or gutter services any time soon, but my neighbors may and they will certainly receive my recommendations for A PLUS Roofing! I prayed for a blessing. Father answered with A PLUS Roofing. Then, He proved His blessing with a Test of tests and, as usual, He chose well. DW

Mr. Cain couldn't have been nicer when he gave me the estimate. The guys who did the roof were very courteous and cleaned up very well. I have 2 sky lights, one used to leak, I had some issues after the job was done, but they came back and added more sealant. When they did the roof, they had to put the old skylight back in because it would have been a custom skylight. After the same one started leaking again, I called him back and will be getting an estimate on a custom skylight or just roofing over.

The windows caulked by the owner were done well but windows done by his crew were slipshod (gaps in the caulking some windows not done at all). I later wondered if the top seams where I couldn't see from the ground were completed.

A Plus Roofing did a excellent job on my re-roof job. They came out for the estimate and explained all the work they will do and why. The job was completed promptly, the yard was cleaned well and I got the best estimate.

Ok on gutter, but was pushy on getting a roofing quote.

A-plus roofing is an excellent company. Mr. Kain was very prompt and courteous and a sincere Christian. We reviewed all his credentials. We met on a Monday and work started on that Thursday at the stated time. The men worked very hard for over 12 hours and for 3 days. They worked very systematically and repaired a few areas of our roof. Mr. Kain is a great communicator and even did followup calls and an on-site visit. The following week the new gutters were installed. We love our new roof and gutters and have no complaints at all. Since installement we have had several big downpours and no problem with leakage. I highly recommend A-plus roofing.

They put the deal towards the roof on our sun-room. They said everything was fine for our energy efficiency so we had them look at our skylight. They did an excellent job. They were in and out in a day.

They did a decent job, nothing spectacular. I learned the whole history of the company and the fact that they also did siding & roofing. I wouldn't hire him again because when I went for the big deal, I actually thought that I was doing a big deal with another company that I have used over the years. Another company had one and A Plus Roofing had one, so it was a wrong company. They were average. They cleaned up the mess. The price was fine. I liked the other company better, nothing personal.

He was very courteous and business minded and suggested that I call the company who installed my windows to fix them. I really appreciated his honesty and advice.

I initially contacted them to have my gutters cleaned. They performed that job as promised and at the price promised despite some additional effort required. They were both clean and professional which impressed me. I live on a wooded lot so I always intended to have gutter guards installed. While they were here to clean the gutters, at my request they showed me the product they use for gutter guards. It has a low profile so that it cannot be seen from street level and is designed to last an extended period of time without maintenance. I initially declined to install them. They were not pushy about trying to sell the product which I also appreciated. Later, I decided to hire them to install the gutter guards as well as new gutters. They were responsive and performed the job as promised. The cost of any gutter guard system is never low but considering the linear feet needed for my house, I think I received a great value. I also kept in mind that you get what you pay for. A cheap system won't last long. I wanted a quality system and I think that is what I received. I am absolutely pleased with them and think they did a great job.

The experience with A+ Roofing was excellent. I would recommend this company for their courteous, professional, and efficient service and expertise. We are most pleased with our new roof and the workmanship of the project. The roofing crew was amazing to watch....so hardworking and professional.
