A Plus Roofing

Overall, things were very smooth. The crew worked quickly, were done within timeline quoted, and did a good job cleaning up around the property.

We were pleased with the quality of the workmanship and final cleanup after our roof was replaced.

Very limited supervision. Did not clean up after first day as stated on web site. Doorways were blocked with old roofing materials. I have pickup over 100 nails and also roofing debris that was left as well as personal trash such as old gloves and water bottles. Porch roof and plants were not tarped as stated on web site. It took more than one phone call to correct problem with shingle installation.

They replaced the roof, and I bought the house. The roof was shot, and no way I was buying it as is. They did a good job. Very reasonable, and very responsive. They did a great job. It was well worth it. They were extremely reasonable. No complaints. They did a good job, and they cleaned up good too. They came the day they said they were coming.

Young Billy (as opposed to older Billy) came to the house on time and provided a detailed estimate, sat down and presented our options, and even negotiated the price slightly. I never give "excellent" ratings unless work is truly excellent throughout. I have never had a company perform as good of a clean up job as A Plus, or stay in such great communication as Billy. He promptly returned text messages, phone calls, and e-mails. They had to remove two layers of shingles and replace some rotten wood. The job took two days and the crew did not clean up until the end of the second day, however they did run a large magnet both days. The woman who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment sounded like she was at home, which gave off a slightly unprofessional vibe, but she was very nice and efficient. This was the best large expense home maintenance service I've ever experienced since owning a home. They even sent me a Christmas card.

Everything went great. The owner came out and walked us through just about everything including showing us all of the business licenses and insurance documents and explained to us what to expect. When it came time to get started they showed up on time and the crew was clearly skilled and worked very hard over the course of several days. During the installation there was a rather severe storm overnight however due to section by section approach they were using there was no issues with us being in the middle of installation during one of the seasons strongest storms. The only damage we had was to some vinyl siding (unrelated to the work being done) and their crew fixed the siding for us at no charge. Afterwards the cleanup was very good, they were very diligent about collecting any debris, particularly nails. The only complaint I have is that there was a small amount of wood/plywood debris in the attic (presumably from the installation of the roof vent). In hindsight its too be expected but wish we could have tarped the area first. It wasn't a big deal since we cleaned it up with a shop vac. Would highly recommend these guys, the roof looks great and after comparing prices with some neighbors I think the price seemed pretty reasonable.

The entire experience was great from the initial contact & estimate to the final finished job. The owner is very professional and actually caring, which can be rare in this day & age. The owner was there at the start of the job and came back several times to check on progress and to ensure the correct materials were delivered. His crew knew what they were doing and worked tirelessly in less-than-optimal conditions (cold & windy). The crew foreman was polite and professional and made sure everything was cleaned up properly at job's end. I can't say enough about how happy we are with this company and the work they performed.

Quick call after posting the request and a quick response on estimate. Job appears to have been well done. Job site was thoroughly cleaned by the crew.

Integrity! I received a quote and never felt pushed. It took me 6 months to decide and Terry went above and beyond. I am writing this review and my roof is two years old now. I never have had one problem. The new roof is saving my windows. Or should I say the gutters (they have a guy! He was phenomenal ! You won't be sorry. I suggest Terry

45 mins prior to an appointment scheduled a full week earlier, 'Jeff' calls to tell me he won't be here because he's 'overbooked' and could we schedule another date (a date more convenient to him obviously). We cleared off everything today as his expected presence was our priority. My mistake! If reliability is important to you, find a professional roofer.

Called for an estimate. The person answering the phone said he was having lunch could he call me right back. I gave him my number. After waiting three days without the call back I called again. Made an appointment for 1 pm Friday 8/26/2016. No one ever showed.

A Plus Roofing did an AMAZING JOB!! From our first meeting, they explained our options, recommendations to address the drainage issues and the pros/cons of different types of roofing shingles. The roofers were very professional, made sure the driveway was protected and that there was no damage nor nails remaining after the job was done. I would highly recommend A Plus Roofing - the roof looks beautiful!!

They did a great job! They were punctual and finished my roof in two days in the hottest month of the year! We had a large roof with many pitches. They were always nice, respectful, and worked very hard. The owner was always responsive via phone, email and texts.

Billy was pleasant to deal with from the beginning to the end. He was professional, very organized, he put together a professional looking proposal, was not pushy, honest and very responsive. On top of that, his price was very good. I will recommend A Plus Roofing to everyone I know. His crew was amazing! They were on time, and worked very hard. They even spent a long time cleaning up everywhere. They did this after working a full day, so my hat goes off to them.

His was the only bid that I got. He came with a binder full of his licenses and was very organized and knowledgeable. He was friendly and his prices are excellent. He will be putting my roof on in a few weeks, I highly recommend him.

Billy was patient with my barrage of questions when getting a quote and pitting him against other roofers. He walked me through the basics details of roofing and pros/cons of certain choices that needed to be made. Scheduling the work was relatively painless - had to delay a couple times due to rain, but we were able to work around the weather and didn't have to wait weeks. I work full time and the crew happened to get their work done across two days while I was at work. Flat roof was done one day, and the main roof was knocked out the second day. Both look great and no problems to report. Thanks a bunch to Billy and his crew for the quality work!

The team was professional and thorough. The house looks like a completely different house with the beautiful new roof! There was not a speck of debris left in our yard. After the roof was on and the materials were cleaned up, I was impressed to see the workers carefully going around our whole property using giant magnets to pick up any loose nails that may have fallen. We've had over a foot of snow and several heavy rains and have been very snug under our new roof. Would definitely recommend!

Billy and his team are top notch. Billy and his team go the extra mile to ensure their customer is satisfied. They are punctual and Billy is very respectful. The windows are look great and the wrapping of the windows looks so nice. The team is very respectful of the property, they do not leave trash/garbage from the job. I would highly recommend A Plus Roofing for windows or roofing.

Had the pleasure of working with Billy to come up with a few estimates for work we wanted to have done to our house. He was absolutely fantastic to work with, easy going, very responsive, and honest. He came prepared with samples and a binder of all the work they had performed and helped us make the right decision for us - no up-selling for products or services we did not need. Ultimately we decided to replace our roof and skylight. The dumpster and supplies were delivered when promised and then unfortunately we had a rain delay. As soon as the weather cleared, the crew took two days as promised. Roof and skylight look fantastic and immediately all of our neighbors asked us who we used. We had a slight issue with the rake boards over our garage. A contractor years ago replaced them with what turned out to be an inferior product . We had noticed some problems before the new roof went on and showed Billy before the work started. After the new roof was installed, the problem worsened and Billy himself came out and he replaced the rake boards late one evening, after 5pm to ensure we were taken care of. Simply outstanding customer service and workmanship. The roof and skylight have also proven to work flawlessly at what we consider to be a very reasonable price. Several rains, many very hard downpours and no issues. We will use A+ Roofing for all of our roofing needs going forward.

The neighbor recommended roofer estimated about a thousand dollars less and the job went to him. He did an excellent job from my daily observation and close inspection during and after the workday. "A Plus Roofing" owner and estimator impressed me with his professionalism and honesty and I would recommend him to anyone .

The company placed the supplies and a dumpster in the driveway. The roof was replaced on a single day. The mess all ended up in the dumpster. The dumpster was picked up promptly. The roof, fixtures and everything looks great. Awesome job, I would highly recommend.

On a whim, I cruised through Angie's List Wednesday afternoon and I called and left a message for a quote to put a new roof on my storage shed, It meant removing the existing roof and adding a ridge vent. Bill called me that evening and I explained what I was looking for. Bill came out on Thursday to assess the job and gave me a quote. On Friday morning, two men showed up and within 3.5 hours they were done and, except for the new roof, you would never have guessed they had been there. That even included a 30 minute rain delay. I watched them work and was impressed with their speed and efficiency. They arrived promptly and were polite. A few days later Bill called me a to make sure I was happy with the job. I would definitely recommend A Plus Roofing to others.

This is the second time I used this business. Good experience last time and this time. Terry arrived promptly and completed the work with a great attitude and work ethic. Definitely will call him for future work! (I am not certain of the exact date)
