Description of Work: project went well with 2 caveats. The crew was, of course, non-American which I guess these days is unavoidable, but most regretable. And by the time he adjusted the price for the size of my roof there were no savings to be had over any regular non-Angie quote.

Description of Work: He did some weatherstripping on the doors, but the work was so minor he didn't feel right in charging me for what I purchased the Big Deal for. I originally purchased the deal for winterizing the windows but he said that was unnecessary at this point in time. He told me I can call Angie's List to get a refund on my Big Deal. I was disappointed he couldn't do any more work for me, but I appreciate his honesty and the work he did I was satisfied with. I will keep him mind in the future when my house needs the work done.

Description of Work: I had my gutters cleaned, and in the process asked for a roof quote. Billiy Kaine, the owner, came rght out and described the services offered, quoted them, and told me his reputation was on the line with every job they did. I trusted him (I am a good judge of character) and his company performed as he said it would. The roof is first class and the new gutters and gutter guards look great. His pricing was more than competitive given the guarantees (in writing) and the workmanship I have seen. I will be calling him for a quote on a new kitchen and bathrooms within the next two years. I trust what he offers and feel the value is superior.

Description of Work: I reqesteda rood inspection becuase I could see where the flashing under a dormer window was coming loose. The inspector corrected the flashing and pointed out areas where the roofing was cracked and nails were popping up. He advised how much life I had left in my roof.
