FRAUD warning. They were contracted by Old Republic Home Protection (my home warranty company) to do a drywall repair after I had a leak fixed by another company. The work was fine. They charged me at the time of service, saying that Old Republic would reimburse me for the covered service. They also billed Old Republic, who paid their invoice. When ORHP learned of the double payment, they instructed Hugo Castro to reimburse me the money that I paid them, as it was covered and ORHP had also paid them. The company refuses to answer phone calls and sends an auto respond “Please text me.” When I first contacted them, they replied that they would “process the reimbursement” (although I paid the workman directly by Zelle). After that they refused to answer phone calls or respond to texts.

These guys are on top of it. My warranty assigned them to replace my water heater and they called same day and then came over to look at it. The space where my water heater is located has the tiniest room and let me tell you - we thought we had to go through a wall to get to it. I don’t know how they did it but Edgar and Hugo not only got the old water heater in there but they got the bigger new one in. It was diligent lifting and a little elbow grease…and I was so impressed. They were both so pleasant to work with! They made sure to clean the space after they took the old one out and before they brought the new one in. They took care to set tarps down to protect the walk way, and cleaned up after themselves. They do good work and I will likely request them next time I have a plumbing issue.

Warranty work provided by this company. Issue was a simple corroded valve. Tech reseats the valve and stated the valve my need replacement but doesn’t. Tech indicated he’d return if problem persisted and to simply call him. Called/texted the tech when the problem happened again but doesn’t return the call/text. I contact company directly and am told to file a new claim which is all well and good. However, the tech shook my hand and asked me to contact him if the problem happened again. I explain to customer service that I simply want the tech to contact me. I’m cursed at and hung up on. I can’t say I’d recommend this company to folks. I filed a follow up service with warranty company and am asking to be recouped my service fee and for a new company to help resolve the issue. I hope your dealings with this company is better than mine.

This has been by far the easiest and most professional experience we have had with our insurance claims! They were very helpful, professional, punctual and kind. Our kitchen faucet wouldn't turn off on Saturday evening. I called our insurance company and this company was referred to us. They immediately contacted us and had someone out the next day. (which was a Sunday). They diagnosed the issue and were back out on Monday to install new faucet. We were given a time frame and since they were running late, they ACTUALLY called to let us know. Omar was very professional and super helpful. I would 100% recommend this company!!! We have dealt with at least 4 claims with our insurance and ALL were no shows and NO CALL at one time.

Absolutely TERRIBLE company. Sent a 20 year old kid named Omar to our home who cut 5 holes in our ceiling unnecessarily, told us that 2 faucets need to be fixed and replaced and that a flange on our toilet was bad. Only to find out 2 days later that they closed the claim after telling our insurance that nothing was wrong. So basically took the money and ran. Now we have to pay OUT OF POCKET to have the 5 holes in our ceiling repaired that they made and on top of it pay another company to fix the mistakes they created with our kitchen faucet that Omar apparently tightened ( through pictures from the new company show the nuts are completely rusted over, so what he tightened we will never know) the company would call 15 minutes before and say they were almost there and they wouldn’t show up for at least an hour after that time if they even did show up. They came multiple times without proper tools or ladders and would end up using our equipment. Patrick, Omar and most of all Hugo should all be ashamed of themselves for how they run their company and treat clients it’s very unprofessional. Don’t send an employee to a clients house who is representing your company and ruin someone’s home for a quick buck from a home warranty company. Let me save you the headache we’re going through and RUN to another company.

This company was referred to us by our home warranty. They are absolutely professional. They were on time. I was told that the works should be done and finished over the weekend and that's what exactly happened. Hugo is very professional and is great in communicating and informing during the process. I highly recommend.
