+ -1 moreI had been beyond frustrated with my computer so I contacted PC Tech Solutions to fix the problems my computer was having. There were programs that had somehow installed themselves on my computer and they were hiding so I could not delete them. John went in and got rid of the junk that was causing my computer problems and he made it run much faster as well. I would highly recommend PC Tech Solutions for any computer repair needs.
Description of Work: John was able to go into my computer remotely and get rid of the malware on my computer that I had been unable to get rid of.

Description of Work: The company owner was more than helpful in helping us pick out a new laptop that would work best for our family! He set up the computer completely, so all I had to do was plug it in...when we did have any questions or needed help with certain programs, John was able to go into the computer remotely and help with or fix any of the problems we were having! We live in Raleigh, North Carolina now and PC Tech Solutions is in Northern Virginia...but we will only use them for our computer needs. Even with being so far away, John has been able to remotely go into our computer and continue to fix any issues we may have. He is always responsive to my questions and e-mails in a prompt manner. He is our go to guy for computers....no matter where we are living in the US. Other members of our family have used PC Tech Solutions for multiple computer purchases and I am confident that they would give John and the company very high reviews! In total I think our entire family has purchased four computers from PC Tech Solutions in recent years...we have only bought multiple computers from this company because the owner and all of the staff are excellent to work with!
