+ -1 moreI used them all the time and they are one of the best sub-contractor that I used. They were very professional and did a very neat work. Work in a timely passion and very dependable. Pleasant to work with and I will continue to use them. Pricing was competitive.

Description of Work: We built a new home in 2007. Ted and his partner, Steve Kim, built our house. The quality and professionalism was excellent. We have used Ted and Steve for many projects including painting our home, installing new windows, tiling, roofing, exterior and interior painting, and carpentry (molding, trim, bookcases). Our washing machine started on fire in December. Thankfully we were home. The laundry room on the 2nd floor had significant damage. The walls, flooring and trim had to be replaced, and the electrical system reconfigured.
