 + -1 moreI'd give them an "A" for sure. I think their price is very reasonable. I've been using them for 9 years. They do a great job. I bought a house that was repossessed, the yard was a mess. After I had someone replace the sod, they recommended Natural Surroundings and they've been taking care of my yard ever since. The communication is good.
Description of Work: Lawn care, weekly service. Cut grass, aerate, mulch, trim bushes.

 + -1 moreWe contracted Natural Surroundings for the specialty in Heritage Hunt and the great lawns that other owners experienced with them. Our lawn looks worse than when we contracted them 3 years ago and they killed 32 rose bushes in our garden by weeding with Roundup. We will be contracting someone else for our lawn service next year.

 + 1 moreearsThe service has been excellent and I have had the service for about 10 years. Only issue has been snow removal. One issue is the priority of removal. I live in an active adult community. Most people don't work; however, I still do. I have asked that they prioritize the snow removal for those of us who work. This has not happened. Another issue has been responsiveness. During years past, we had some very severe snows. Due to the magnitude, they weren't always as prepared or as responsive. However, I would have to consider the length of time it had to take to get the employees to the shop to begin the removal
Description of Work: This is an annual contract that provides landscaping, lawn & yard work, and snow removal (after 1st 3 inches). During the spring and summer months, they mow and trim the yard on a weekly basis. Experience has been excellent In early spring, they trim all of the scrubs and trees, trim the flower beds, and mulch. In addition, they fertilize and aerate the yard on a regular basis. In the winter, they provide snow removal from the driveway and walk after 3 inches of snow have fallen. Only issue is the priority of removal. I live in an active adult community. Most people don't work; however, I still do. I have asked that they prioritize the snow removal for those of us who work. This has not happened.
