I cannot overstate my appreciation to Mr. Gordon King, who fixed my computer through remote access. Even though the computer?s problem was much more complex than what I originally thought and took much longer to fix than the original time estimate based on my description, Mr. King continued to fit my computer into his schedule until the laptop ran flawlessly.malici Furthermore, he did not require additional payment to cover what turned out to be his significant investment of effort. I will definitely call on Mr. King for any other computer problems I may encounter, and I recommend his services without reservation.

Gordon showed up promptly on 1 Dec to pick up my wife's computer. He took it home so he could determine how to reload her Windows 7 OS and because it was easier to install the new hard drive and memory at his office. He returned her computer a couple of days later and my wife is very happy to have more storage and faster responsiveness from her computer.

Gordon performed every thing that he said he would and a lot more. Very professional and knowledgeable when it came to taking care of problems such as slow computer, anti virus and other software that I needed working. My computer it like a new one now.

I was having all kinds of super annoying problelms on my laptop which is only 2 years old. My husband found Gordon's information on Angie's List so I gave him a call. He answered right away ready to help that day. I warned him that I wasn't sure he would be able to fix the problems. He took over my computer remotely and I went out shopping. About an hour or so later, he called and said my computer was working better (and faster) than ever. He was right - I was completely shocked. He had cleaned up all kinds of viruses for me. There was one other thing that evening that I needed help with that I had forgotten to tell him about. He called right away, worked on the computer some more, and explained to me how to get the files open that I was having trouble with. He made sure I knew how to do it on my own before getting off the phone with me. My daughter's laptop was even worse than mine but we set up a time for him to work on hers remotely and after a few hours of cleaning up tons of viruses and installing a free virus protection software, he computer is also good as new. I don't even think he charged me for the full time! I would highly recommend Gordon and will definiately be using him again!

Provider tunned up both of our computers. He did a full system clean-up and optimized the systems. He removed cookies, malware and a Trojan and removed temp files which slowed down the systems. He made a wireless connection between the laptop and the printer. He found on line the printer drivers he needed to complete the connection. If you are as clueless about technology as I am Mr King is a super resource and can make tech understandable he also put remote repair software on our computers so he can do repairs remotely. All in all a great resource.

Gordon was prompt he restored my computer when I believed all was lost

I wanted to give a shoutout to Mobile PCMasters (based in Bristow). My Win7 machine was experiencing video driver issues these past few days, resulting in numerous BSOD (haven't had many at all with Win7 before this). Regardless of what I did to attempt a fix, same problem. I found Gordon through a search on Angie's List. He diagnosed a bad video card, hooked me up with a new one (1gb of RAM onboard) and cleaned up the machine. It's now in great shape and I couldn't be happier. He was prompt, courteous, and professional.

My computer had become infected with malware so that all browsers were getting redirects. It made doing anything on the web a maddening exercise of closing redirected windows and resetting browser home pages. I found Gorden King of Mobile PC Masters on Angie's List, and called him due to his top reviews. Gordon answered first time I called...he walked me through the setup of a remote link, and then he took over and worked his magic. In about 1.5 hours, he was done...and my computer is back running fast and clean! I'm very happy with the service, and would highly recommend Mobile PC Masters to anyone who is having PC problems.

Gordon, from Mobile PC Master, responded quickly to my phone call for him to come check my computer for a virus that I was sure I had. He came the same day and spent almost 3 hours with the computer. He is very courteous. He listened well to me when I was explaining what I thought was going on with my computer. He is very easy to talk to. I had him come back because I thought there was still a problem. What it was, was something that goes on when you get Windows 2007. He was wonderful, he did not charge me for the return visit. I set up a proxy with him so that I can have him check out the computer every 4-6 months. I really appreciated his knowledge of computers systems. And I look forward to working with him in the future.

I contacted Mobile PC Masters to set up an appointment to have my laptop fixed up, as it had been infected by a virus that made it basically inoperable. I left a voice mail at approx. 8:30 PM and received a return call in less than 20 minutes. Mr. King, when I explained what the problem was, gave me an appointment for the very next day, which was very much appreciated, and also surprising, due to the late hour, and also to the holiday season rapidly approaching. He called me at the appointed time, and spent several hours fixing up my computer. Now my computer, which is now several years old, works like it was brand new - maybe even better than brand new, come to think of it. I will definitely contact Mr. King at Mobile PC Masters when I need any new updates to this computer or when I purchase a new computer and don't want to take any chances in installing any software that may result in problems. It does a person's heart good to know that there are still people out there in the business community who provide excellent service at a most reasonable rate. I consider myself very fortunate to have made the correct decision in contacting Mr. King and his company.

This has been a very difficult printer to hook up, but Gordon did it quickly and effortlesssly. He also had time to remove unwanted temporary files from te workstation all in one hour of work. He comes highly recommended, and I plan to use him again.

What are the words that every computer owner dreads hearing on the other end of a call from home? "Dad -- there's something wrong with the home computer. It has totally stopped working." Words that are especially frightening when the computer is six years old, the last time the hard drive was backed up was about three years ago and tax returns, work documents, and many irreplaceable photos have been loaded to it since that was done. After getting home and not being able to get the computer to progress past the Windows start up screen, I called Gordon King at Mobile PC Masters. Mobile PC Masters had repaired my work laptop last year and I had been very impressed with Gordon's prompt, professional and excellent service. Gordon scheduled an appointment with me for the following day at my house. He arrived on time and ready to get to work. Unfortunately, despite trying a number of approaches to get the computer running, it became apparent that the computer's days were over. The important issue, however, was whether the data that was on the computer could be recovered. Gordon took the computer with him and promised to try his best. Happily -- and not unexpectedly -- Gordon's best was more than enough for the task at hand. Despite the dying whines that the hard drive had made before being taken away, Gordon was able to coax all of our data from it and transfer it safely to an external backup drive. Gordon then delivered the external drive and the original hard drive back to my house and reloaded the data files onto my new computer. So for a total cost of $295 I received two house calls from Mobile PC Masters, a new external backup drive, and, most importantly, had all of my data recovered and restored. Considering the value to me of the data, I would not have complained if the service had cost twice as much. While I have owned home computers for 20 years, I never have had them maintained professionally. Indeed, I've never had a drive crash before, having replaced my prior computers simply because they had become outdated for the software that I wanted to use. Having been through this scare where I could have lost three years of irreplaceable data, I am going to change my ways. From now on, I plan on having my computer serviced and backed up at least annually and I will be looking to Gordon to do it. This is not a service that he has tried to sell me, but having found somebody as responsive and reliable as Gordon is, I know it will be money well spent.

Our family depends on Gordon to maintain our present Dell to support both personal and business use. For eight years, he has responded to us within 24 hours. He has been diligent in explaining what was wrong and what he could do to affect the repair. He has also done Data Recovery in our old system with successful results. He keeps our Personal Computer System optimized and updated. This has resulted in our current system lasting longer than we expected. He is professional and personable. He is always concerned about us as a customer. He is very honest if the work is something he is unsure he can perform such as Data Recovery. He provides aclose estimate when requested and is diligent about keeping cost down. He provides remote services when he can thus eliminating travel costs. We have been very satisfied with Gordon and recommend him highly to others who need his services.

It went mostly well except for the installation of Office 365 which Gordon did not know; I had a problem with the interference of iCloud (from plugging in my iPhone in the laptop) which I still have because Gordon said that he did not support Apple products. He did offer to help, but I figured I'd deal with Apple directly rather than spending more money.

Gordon showed up on time and did everything I had requested plus helping to get my scanning capability set up. He worked quickly and professionally. He didn't try to sell me any additional services which I appreciated. I may have been able to get the work done for a little less by taking both laptops to a computer store, but it was worth a little more to get it done in an hour in my home.

It went great! His hands were like a magician and he worked the entire time he was here. He earned every cent he made and I do not regret calling him to do the job. He saved me hours of work and frustration and I know the work was done right the first time. I will always use Mobile PC Masters for my computer needs and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM to anyone with computer issues. He is professional, and can easily work on your system in person or remotely, with the remote being a big plus for me! Thanks so much for making my beginning with my new laptop so great!

After reviewing the many computer repair services on Angie's List, I'm delighted that I chose Mobile PC Masters to repair our home computer. I chose this company based on it having the most A-Rated Reviews within the least mile range of our residence. Gordon, the owner, answered the phone the first time I called and was able to come to the house in less than an hour, even though he was busy with another customer (when does that happen in this area!). The price he quoted over the phone was extremely reasonable. After spending 3 arduous hours removing destructive viruses, performing cleanup functions, and addressing other issues that were compromising our computer, Gordon still only charged his initial cost! Any other repair service would not have been so generous. In addition to his expertise, his demeanor was very professional, making me feel at ease being in our home when I was the only one here. We will call on him again for any future computer maintenance.

He set up a new computer and printer. He took all my info off of the old computer and installed on the new computer. Then cleaned out the old computer so I could donate it to a charity. You can trust this man, he knows his computers.

Gordon has been servicing my computer for over 10 years. Whenever my system is not performing I simply send him a message and he takes over the system remotely and has it back working in top form within a short time. I trust him totally and recommend his fine support to anyone who values top notch home or business computer operation

Service was prompt and the gentleman was mostly courteous. Wanted wifi checked and fixed as the new modem and router did not guarantee consistent access; this is still a problem. Spent most of the time fixing a problem I did not call for, but I'm grateful for that fix. Would use again for computer diagnosis and repair, but not for wifi issues.

I called looking for a computer repair service as I could not solve the issue on my own. Gordon called me back from my initial inquiry within an hour. He arrived the next day and in addition to fixing the problem, he checked and improved the overall speed and health of my laptop. He explained everything he was doing including the processes he was taking to solve the issue. After 90 minutes or so he thought everything was good to go. We double checked the issue together. It seemed resolved. I was happy and he went on his way. He left me with his Mobile PC Masters quick launch Icon so if I ever needed anything else he could remotely work on my computer if need be. He was adamant that if the problem wasn't fixed to contact him and he would take care of it. The day was ending so after Gordon took off I didn't check my laptop until the next day. The next day, I turned my computer on to quickly realize that the problem was not solved. I still wasn't receiving my work emails to Outlook after about 10 minutes from opening up Outlook (Although my computer was faster and it was not freezing up). I called Gordon and he came back to my house immediately to solve the problem. It worked great the rest of the day. He followed up remotely that evening to double check and my computer has been as good as new since. I don't give very many recomendations, but I would highly recommend Mobile PC Masters as Gordon was not only knowledgeable, but true to his word and did everything that he promised me he would do. I now consider Mobile PC Masters my computer repair/consultant company moving forward.

Gordon was great. He told me what he was doing at every step of the way. He was able to fix several problems that caused the computer to slow to a crawl and to fail to boot up.

We are up and running and very happy!

Unfortunately, the server was toast and had suffered a logical failure (as opposed to just mechanical failure), so the data was unrecoverable. However, the service was excellent and he tried multiple methods to get the info I needed.
