Kelly Mumaw of Hunterâ s was pleasent to work with, was prompt in providing a reasonable quote and followed through with excellent work. Our front door stoop had sunken over the years and his workers removed or replaced old brick and set them in concrete to secure them. The finished project Aldo proved to be an perfect match to the existing brick walkway.

Kelly came by and quoted me a good price and then him and his guys came and went straight to work. They removed the old stairs with wooden frames about 25ft out, built a frame and then came back the next day and poured the concrete and knocked it all out on the 2nd day. They did a great job and it looks great!

Kelly and his crew waaaay exceeded my expectations. Kelly was very quick to give me an estimate and several options from which to choose. He followed up on every step of the process; estimates, ordering materials and scheduling the work. His crew, headed by Luis, came on time and worked conscientiously very long hours to complete the job in a timely manner. They were very pleasant, cleaned up meticulously and took care of every detail. I now have a beautiful front walk and a restored front stoop which makes my house really pop. I will be hiring them again to restore my backyard patio. These guys are the best!

Kelly Mumaw of Hunters Development LLC is a great choice to have repairs and sealing performed on your driveway. Nice guy, responsive, reliable, and does high quality work. He uses top notch products, and his work is neat, precise, and thorough. A true professional. You pay a little more than other providers who use cheap spray-on sealants, but you get what you pay for. He repaired cracks properly, water-proofed seams with specialized black caulk, and squeegeed on a thick coat of quality sealant.

Outstanding work on schedule and had a fair price.

One of very few willing to take on a small residential driveway 20x20. Others wanted to charge for removing and disposal of old SUNKEN driveway as well as the Remainig Good Section. Kelly explained that the new asphalt needed something to connect to and made cuts at the garage entry and where the drive had not dropped down inches. Once I agreed with the plan, the work proceeded in the stages previously explained. New asphalt material covered the sunken half of our drive at least 3 inches thick over the old un removed stuff that others wanted to charge for breaking up, removing and disposal. Plus the driveway was double sealed. We saved 73% of what others wanted to charge or in other words we paid only 23% of the other estimates. We are very pleased with the results

Of the six contractors I spoke with, Kelly from Hunter's Development was the lowest, because he explained that I only needed a small repair, not a full repaving. He'll be back to do sealing when the weather allows. Upfront, honest pricing, quick timeline to completion.

Hunter's Development did an OUTSTANDING job repairing and sealing my very long asphalt driveway. I am a very particular (but reasonable) consumer. Hunter's patched the three large sections, filled existing cracks, replaced the corroded drain pipe at the end of our driveway where it meets the street, and finished the job by sealing the entire driveway. Great customer service, prompt quote, and exceeded my expectations of work performed scope and quality wise. My project was to refill gravel along the common road and spread gravel around the house foundation.

The gravel driveway at our sonâ s home was in pretty bad shape. The culvert at the roadside entrance had rusted over time and was further damaged by a couple of car accidents that bent and disrupted water drainage. We selected Hunterâ s Development, LLC after speaking with Kelly, the owner and seeing all of the super positive reviews on Home Advisor. The entire driveway was graded, then additional gravel put down and tamped to provide a wider and thicker driveway. Twenty feet of asphalt was added to the roadside to provide a smoother and safer entrance and exit. Kelly and crew did a great job at a reasonable price. We highly recommend him and his crew for your driveway needs. Kelly is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We are so very satisfied with the results. Give him a call.

Did a great job sealing my driveway and installing a drain.

Kelly was professional and easy to work with. Was available in short notice and was responsive when reached out to. Gave a great value compared to 3 other estimates we received when he came out to check for himself. Our driveway looks 100 x better than we expected. Hunters was excellent. Pricing was the best of all that we had, their work crew was professional, on time each day and they did a great job with our driveway project. The owner was extremely helpful and made some great recommendations that made the project better, will be looking to have this company k for other projects right after we get our stimulus checks!

The team very professional. I received an honest assessment of the issue and a fair quote for the services to be performed.

Unreliable business. Work never completed. Major delays in starting work with various â reasons.â . Excuses change every time this was questioned. Ordered materials never delivered; and deposit on promised work not returned. May need to seek Small Claims to recover. Been close to 6 months without resolution. Have asked for resolution 8 times in past 5 months and each time long delays and various reasons on â whyâ . Business not capable of providing straight answer and timeline to resolve. I would highly suggest alternative vendors at this time.

Kelly really got us out of a pinch. He communicates very well as there were many delays due to adverse weather. Our home sold within 24 hours and closing was in a few weeks. Kelly was aware that we needed the project done ASAP. It was an HOA violation and it could possibly change the outcome of the sale. On the FIRST clear day Kelly got the job done right. I will definitely work with Hunters Development LLC again.

Kelly is very capable and knowledgeable. Our project involved removing large sections of asphalt and repaving.

We were looking to patch and seal our driveway as one of the few to provide an estimate for patch and sealcoat instead of overlay or full replacement. Kelly arrived on time and provided a rough estimate that day. When we decided to go with him, he came back and provided the written estimate for the same amount. We have had the patches completed, which will minimize degredation of the driveway thru the winter. The patches ended up slightly larger than anticipated, but there was no extra charge for teh variance. We had a delay due to an issue with the person that was t do the sealcoat and may need to delay the seal coat until spring. Overall it has been a pleasure to work with this contractor to date.
