Thirty-year-old floor in guest bathroom looks brand new. Master bathroom shower cleaned up nicely. Very prompt and friendly service. Always arrived when they say they would. Reasonable price.

Submitted a quote request and never heard back from them. It should not be dependent on me to reach out multiple times. Submitted another quote with a different company and was contacted and received a estimate appointment the next day.

Grout Masters blasted the bathroom clean! This bathroom was built back in the 40’s and had a general upgrade in the mid-70s. It looks fantastic!

Talked to Dale Owens. He was excellent. Very straightforward honest guy. Went to the house quickly diagnosed an issue with loose tiles. Scheduled his return. And fixed exactly what had to be fixed. Shower hasn't leaked since. I will be using Dale most definitely in the future.

Dale is fast, efficient and great quality work. I made some requests from him on ensuring the work was thorough since it was for my tenants and I don't see the condition or how the grout holds up every day. He did great. Very communicative and easy. Great local company to work with. Will use him for my own home as well.

Dale was very responsive and the quote was reasonable. He was respectful of our house (took off his shoes when requested) and cleaned up after the job was completed. He was able to remove the black spots in the shower where the old caulk had worn off as well as the shower pan. The shower looks like new. I will definitely use him again.

Project was not done. Technicians were honest and professional.

They left a small bit of work at a less than par quality (my husband was at home, not me) but overall they replaced some old and gross grout with fresh grout. The 10 year old shower/bath wet area looks new again.

He didn't show up for initial meeting. Called a few days later asking if he had missed appointment. He rescheduled and did show up. Gave me a written estimate. His assessment of the condition of kitchen tile floor was completely different from that of another company. I called and told him I wanted him to just regrout the floor and not remove any tiles. I asked for a new estimate. He never got back to me even after I had clearly told him I planned to hire him.

Went very well. They arrived a little early. Starting working right away and did a great job!

Wonderful!! They were prompt, polite, and did a FABULOUS job cleaning and/or replacing the grout. We have glass doors on the shower, and the plastic edging pieces, the door sweep, and the moldings (and they are VERY well-named, at least in our bathroom) had gotten mildewed on the inside, so you couldn't scrub it off, and Tilex couldn't reach it to clean the mildew. I had just given up on that, but Dale took each one of those pieces off the glass and either cleaned them thoroughly, or, if he happened to have replacements on his truck, replaced them. Honestly, the bathroom looks sooo beautiful!! It looks brand new again! My husband came home and said, "Well, I've got to tell you, you were right; (he forgot to add the 'again' word ;-) ) the bathroom looks GREAT!! They did a much better job than I could have done." Call Grout Masters; Dale and Kevin are really experts at this, and they cleaned up after themselves so well, the bathroom was cleaner than when they started!!

Everything went very well. Dale and Kevin came as scheduled and did the work as discussed, removing the two tiles and the mortar from them and the floor, then put everything back together as good as new. The area they did looks great. I plan to call Grout Masters for future grout and floor repairs. Not only are Dale and Kevin experts in their area, but they also are very nice people.

Great work. Was easy to work with Dale to find a date for the work that fit in both of our schedules. They came from another job, but Dale kept me informed of their expected arrival time (which they met). They were quick but did good work, and left the bathroom cleaner than when they got here.

We corresponded by email, and I took advantage of the Angie's List coupon offer at the time. The owner Dale and his brother came on the day promised, a few days after giving an estimate. They performed all of the work described, showed me several options for grout color, and asked me to inspect the work once it was completed. The work area was cleaned up nicely afterward and no "extra" grout was left behind! They came the next day as promised to complete the grout sealing once it had dried. Very professional job.

I had a great experience with Grout Masters and was very satisfied with the work that Dale did on my shower. My husband and I just bought our first home and shower was in need of quick repair (broken tiles, risk of water damage, etc.). I found Dale and Grout Masters through Home Advisor and gave him a call. He was always responsible and was able to provide me an initial quote over the phone, before coming to the house for an in person estimate. Even though he was super busy with other projects, he was able to start work on our bathroom the next week, and it was finished by the weekend. They did the demo work one day, installed the new cement backer board and tiled the next, and then came back again to grout everything. The end result looks fantastic and it will last us many years to come. We are very glad we found Grout Masters and would definitely recommend this company to others in need of tiling, grouting, and other similar construction and remodel projects. The price was very reasonable and the work was top notch. Thanks Dale!

Dale was incredibly helpful, not only did they do good work, but he was also willing to give advice about some other things I had questions about. Very friendly, forthright, and helpful.

I would probably not use them in the future.
