Work went well. Switched from my old maintenance agreement since they increased the price each year. CTMC does not do this, and come twice a year rather than once (for AC then heat)

Robert was very responsive for coming out to give me an estimate on my dead AC unit. He also was very responsive to questions I had in email form and had the best availability to replace my unit. Luckily for me, I just needed a new capacitor. I would highly recommend Robert based on his customer service.

Checked the unit and added freon which fixed the problem. Very good service.

Thanks so much to Zach and Tom for identifying and fixing the problem with our heating system. I thought that this might be a costly repair, but the techs identified and fixed minor problem. They only charged us the $100 diagnostic fee. They also came within just a few hours of my call. I was very happy with their service!

This company as a whole has routinely provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. They are responsive, affordable, and demonstrate a level of expertise that is second to none. They take the time to explain the issue or potential issues and offer suggestions on the best way to address them. I never feel rushed, or pressured to buy anything. You can tell they genuinely care and take pride in the work they do and solving your HVAC issues.

...It was fine. They were trying to get me to get a new system. I wasn't confident with their appraisal. I think the pricing they were suggesting for a new system. I think the work he did worked for a while I ended up having someone else after that.

We had our air conditioner serviced and an element replaced.

They installed the fan I bought and recharged AC. Timely work.

The service was a waste of time. I asked for something specific on the phone and they agreed they could do it. When the technicians arrived they could not. It should have been a clue that they were the only company who said yes. The technicians were professional. The contradiction between what the company agreed they could do on the phone and what the technicians said they could do when they got here was different. I wish I would have caught that additional clue and just canceled before I wasted the money.

The two technicians arrived on-time and performed a thorough inspection with excellent documentation of their findings. We had recently purchased the house and were using Angie's list to hire highly rated professionals to do evaluations of the critical systems. They took their time, adjusted our dampers, and made recommendations to my wife based on how she wanted the system to operate. We did not need any refrigerant, which is good news in my opinion. My only complaint is that they found a capacitor that was slightly out of specifications for operating range and recommended replacing, They quoted me $108 for the part, which is readily available for under $15, however I felt that this was the nature of the business and helped the company recoup the cost of sending out 2 techs for the inspection. Since I wasn't home at the time I approved it and they replaced it. Overall I felt that this was an honest company that gave me my money's worth, and I will be using them again for any future HVAC needs.

Had no issues. They explained everything that they were doing and made a recommendation of a potential problem and the price to fix it.

Consistent good work. I've used them for annual check-ups for the past three years and have no issues after out initial hiccup which they handled in a professional manner. They replaced my water heater in the Spring of 2015 and all is well. I will definitely continue to use them.

I've been using COTCM for many years now and I'll be using them for many, many, many more!! I've never had this HIGH level of service from any of the service providers that I've hired. If anyone ever hires them, they will never hire another company again!

It went very well. I was very happy with the contract, estimated time to do the work, and approachability of all staff working to replace the HVAC unit. We also almost hit a snag, since the measurements of the new unit were incorrect, and we almost thought it would not fit into my ceiling. But, CTCM presented me with options and worked it out. They also showed me how other condos in my complex did not follow code and why they installed the way they did. With price and quality, I would happily hire CTCM again.
