Description of Work: As a DoD Program/Project Manager having charge of >$300M annually in global large site construction projects, I have witnessed the full spectrum of construction outcomes (poor to exceptional). The overall experience and quality of Mr. Simmons (Bill) enterprise is unsurpassed! |The job entailed hanging and finishing sheetrock in a new 1100 sq. ft. addition to our home. I managed all functions from beginning to end interviewing many local sub-contractors for each function (electrical, plumbing, insulation, etc...). Being cautious and analytical, many respondents did not pass the muster for reliability, security, and quality as I needed great work capacity to intersect with "decent" people who would be appropriate to be around my wife and children. |Simmons Drywall is a professional company staffed with clean, organized, and highly competent work crew. Bill is a clear communicator, delivers as required, and for a very reasonable price. Will hire him again for future work and encourage others to do likewise. |

 + -1 moreIt went very well. Keith and Becky knew exactly what we wanted and got right to work on it. They were so friendly we felt as though we were working with family. After the job was complete and they had been paid, we noticed a small area that we did not think was up to par. A quick call to Keith was all we needed. Keith and Becky came quickly and fixed it to our specifications. We had only asked them to work on the pass-through, however when we asked questions about other drywall problems they jumped right in and fixed them. Excellent workmanship. Nice people to work with.
Description of Work: Repaired drywall damaged by removal of kitchen counters. Repaired drywall in dining room, kitchen, and hallway. Put new drywall around pass-through from kitchen to dining room.
