State Health Dept informed me that the well is not certified. It is in the wrong location. Septic and Leach field has to be moved. The current driveway can't be used. Will have to build a new driveway. Waterline from well that was installed on Nov 4th, 2020 is showing erosion. No schedule has yet to be given by contractors. No move in date.

VA health dept arrived because there is a unverified/ uncertified Well. The well is in the wrong location based on site map/ tax map. Leach field would have been less than 50' to well and house. Working with the sub-contractor. We were able to get the location changed to install the septic system. Builder is not getting inspections done or certs through county and state. Causing many issues. My driveway now has to be moved in order not to damage the Leach field.

13 months later, no leach field, no septic, no power to the house, no approved well, no .5 acre fence, no front or rear steps, with no tenative plan or move in date. Manager over past 10 months will not update, or give a schedule of events. This has completely incapacitated my abilty to plan or schedule my rental move out date, destroyed our wedding plans or ability to plan. Has made it impossible to plan rental equipment for move out/in dates. im in limbo with no answers on when the unfinished tasks will be completed.
