+ -1 moreThe technician was supposed to arrive between 10-11 AM. I received a phone call around 3:00 PM. When I asked, “Weren’t you supposed to be here between 10-11? He told me he got caught up with another job. No apology. I assume the other job also withheld his phone ftom him, as he never bothered to call to say he’d be late. He seemed shocked when I told him I was no longer interested and attempted to call my husband afterwards. Completely unprofessional. Doesn’t bode well for a professional, timely job.

Description of Work: Various inspections, and replace heat pump and air handler. Went flawlessly. Always came on time, worked quickly and cleaned up afterward. Great to work with.
