Very happy with my new composite deck! Also built a fence with a gate! Dedicated work team.

The project was completed one day after selection of the contractor.

I needed a new fence installed and my old wooden fenced removed, they were fast and very accommodating. Communication was always clear and the quality work was great! Would highly recommend.

We had a few estimates on replacing our current deck with composite while keeping the original foundation. New Life Renovations was by far the most reasonable. Our new deck looks so better than we imagined it would. Bentley, Jamie and Matt were all amazing to work with... great communication, extremely professional and the project was completed far sooner than expected. We will definitely use them again!

We needed to replace our old wood deck. Overall, great quality of work and price was reasonable. For example, our old deck foundation was on top of the ground, but the workers from New Life Renovations took the time to properly cement the deck foundation. I describe the company as similar to the character Eldin on the show Murphy Brown --- great work, but very slow. We hired them in December 2021 and were told that the new composite deck would be completed prior to December 31, 2021. We were skeptical but still signed the contract. The final deck was not completed until February 2022. Some of the delays were understandable (e.g., worker with COVID-19), but other delays were not (e.g., not ordering building materials). What prevents me from giving them five stars is their poor, unorganized and slow communication. After we signed the contract and provided the initial check, we did not hear again from the original salesperson (Bentley) for the remainder of the project. The company owner (Jamie) was slow to respond to phone calls and never e-mailed us anything, including a detailed work plan. Bottom line, I recommend the company, but try to get the owner to provide detailed instructions to you and his employees.
