Jason was very professional. My old hot water heater (rheem) was installed in 1995. The work was completed efficiently and I'm happy that I don't have to worry about the old one leaking or having to replace on a cold winter day.

The water heater was pricy, more than I thought. The gentlemen who came to access the problem were very knowledgeable; tried to get a new one before the weekend but it was not possible. They certainly did their best. I would definitely recommend them.

Jason was very professional, but the guy that was sent out to complete the work was over an hour late. The job was simple; install an air vent to a new room. The framing job was sloppy, the 2x4's have a lot of wiggle, also a stripped out screw was left sticking out 2 inches. Overall, it's functional, however I spent 3 times the amount I was quoted by a neighborhood handyman because I wanted it to be done by a professional. Big mistake!
