Tara was a pleasure to work with. Her consultative approach and extensive knowledge made our flooring choices much easier to make. We had Big Bob's install carpet right after the walls were being painted. Tara worked with the painter on the best color choice recommendations. Her installation crew was polite, punctual, and very detail-oriented. The carpeting we chose was very high quality.

This company is run by a woman named Tara Tyler. Stay away at all cost. My wife & I moved to the area & were referred to Tara by another contractor. First of all she brought her young daughter w her to quote job. She put flooring in my home office 4 weeks ago that is yet to be finished. Molding & threshold pieces are still not installed. During that time frame she was hired to install carpet runner on steps. We found out afterwards we were overcharged about 200% & it was not installed properly and as promised. She text me & said "I am happy to replace the carpet. If you want your wife to come in & pick a piece of carpet I will bind & have it reinstalled" My wife went today to get samples to bring home, Tara had a huge attitude & said they "never let samples leave the store" (what carpet company does this) My wife argued w her & Tara called the police on my wife & threaten they we would be arrested for trespassing if we came in her store again. So we have a job not completed & a job done incorrectly. Tara emailed & said she would give us a credit for $150 toward office which is inadequate at best. I have turned this over to my atty but I would highly recommend avoiding this business!

They took care of everything from start to finish, Turn Key As a result of floor installation, hired them to re-do kitchen counters and Bathrooms

When they installed the flooring, they never matched the seams together. I had them come out 3 times to correct this issue. They tried different adhesives and the seams continued to seperate. They did not stand behind their product or advertising. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The service turned out fine. They went out of their way to be accommodating with my needs.

They did a fine job. They were friendly, did the work on time and gave us a lot of good advice. They saved us some money by repairing some carpet which we appreciated. The installed carpet was a good price as well.
