Description of Work: During Hurricane Sandy, the electricity was going off and on at our residence. We realized that our generator was not coming on like it was supposed to. We called Fleet Bros who had put in the Generator and who had come once to replace a part since we had purchased the house 3 years ago. Even though we had not lost power when the call was made to Fleet, they did respond to our situation during some very adverse conditions in the early evening.. They found a switch had been turned off manually. They corrected that problem, added some needed oil and made sure the generator came on. Instead of just leaving then, the workman stayed several minutes, realized the generator was not cutting off, and opened the inside panel box to find a blown fuse. When replacing the fuse,it blew. Instead of just leaving. He tried putting in a second fuse and rectified the problem. He then stayed several more minutes to make sure the Generator would go through its testing cycle and cut off properly. He went above and beyond under very adverse weather conditions to make sure our generator would be working properly knowing that the possiblity would be high, that our power would go out.
