 + -1 moreThe house was built in 2005. It was already built when we bought it. It wasn't built for us and it was a model home. It was fine. They did good work. It's above average but it's not top of the line.

 + 0 moreTHe contractor was prompt and courteous. He used e-mail, phone and in person visits to establish what our desires were. He came up with a general, but sufficient, written estimate for the price, given the scope of work. The contractor was knowledgeable and explained his work in great detail in person. Even though we did not ultimately select Venture Builders to complete our renovation project, we would not hesitate to use this firm again when the situation warrants.

 + 0 moreGreat. Exceptional lay down and prep, great installation, perfect site clean up and de-mob. Top notch.
Description of Work: Venture has done a couple of jobs for us, both very well. A small company of careful and skilled contractors they were able to help us create some new rooms from existing unfinished space and did it with impeccable care and detail. They also did some hardwood floor installation that was challenging - requiring a high level of carpentry skill. Everyone on the crew is professional and courteous.
