Description of Work: I highly recommend this company! Their level of professionalism is extraordinary. They are punctual, professional, and concerned about the customer's understanding of the Security System installed. |I value this company's product. Their app is wonderful! Trust me - I have so much faith in this company - I had 3 more systems installed (at my parent'a home, my fiancée's parent's home, and one at my Brother's business. |I deeply appreciate this company and would highly recommend them to anyone needing security service.

+ -1 moreThey installed and monitor the system. However, to reach a real person for billing purpose it is almost impossible. There is the local office then the regional office and most of the time you sit on "Hold" for several minutes. If you don't connect with a real person then you must leave a message. One time I was disconnected before the recorded message came on. Once they have you hooked into a three year contract, they forget about the little guys.
