Our home inspection was completed by Rudy, from this company and he was GREAT! He was very professional, easy to talk to, open to questions and did very well explaining everything. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in the process of buying a home. He was upfront, honest and a pleasure to do business with.

Mr. Rudy Long was a little early for his appointment. He was very professional and answered every question I had. He seemed to be very thorough and knowledgeable. He completed the inspection in 3 hours, which is the industry norm. While he mentioned that the gutter downspouts needed to be diverted from the foundation and the landscaping also needed to be sloped away from the house, he failed to mention, or notice, the telltale signs of poor drainage/flooding spanning back countless years. Specifically, the cinder block foundation of an addition is pulled away from the original foundation and has caused the kitchen floor to slope. The original foundation walls have cracks, past crack repairs and the surface of the concrete floor in the basement has come up in numerous places.
