The lady that answered the phone told me that it would be at least two weeks before they could come out and give me the estimate and that they would call first. Then three days later I came home from work and had a note on the door that kind of didn't even address what I had asked for saying that they had been here and here was my estimate. That was disappointing.

We apologize for not calling in advance of the visit as you requested, the note for that was entered into the wrong place and did not show up on the estimate sheet. Honestly we have never had anyone complain about showing up early to do an estimate for them that is usually welcomed. We tell folks a couple of weeks so that they do not expect us immediately but sometimes we get there sooner if it rains or one of our guys finishes up early on a day. We did however speak with you on April 25, 2013 which was the day that your estimate was done, at such time you could have asked us to look at exactly what you wanted us to look at. What you asked for were references to other homes that we service, which we provided to you the next day and you indicated that you would look at them and get back to us. That was the last time anyone from our office spoke with you. We are sorry for what we might have done that offended you, but we can not see how the interaction that we have had with you so far would merit such poor reviews. The only mistake we made was not calling in advance and we do take responsibility for that. The average price that is listed in this review was for servicing 97,000 square feet or 2.25 acres for an entire season not just for one visit. Our average customers lawn is no where near that big and therefore is no where near as expensive.

They have been very good. They have a quick response and have reasonable prices.
