+ -1 moreWe moved into our house December 2018, it was a new build and didn't have any landscaping. In June 2019 Rodamer's Landscaping Inc. came in to landscape the property. They put the plants in and and while doing so clogged the footer drains in which Randy Cosner had to come back and dig those out. They came back to hydro-seed our property and our neighbors on both sides . At that time I could tell there were areas that weren't being seeded enough and I mentioned it to the guy with the hose he said he was running low and needed to come back. He left and came back the next day and finished the front lawns but still didn't hit the areas that were bare. My fiancé and I watered everything like crazy (our water bill was ridiculous). As our grass began growing there were large patches not growing in those areas that I'd pointed out and called Rodamer's to come back out and take care of the issue multiple times as well as went to their place on Acorn Dr. twice and they never came back and took care of the issue. I wont EVER recommend them.

Description of Work: On a huge, new construction project, it took 4 weeks to get the contractor on site. After that, a landscaping plan was developed with the number one stipulation that the job would be done by Memorial Day. Workers showed up ONE day, the Wed. before Memorial Day. The fooling day, Thursday, equipment was removed with no call, no explanation. No work Thurs. or Fri. A call Fri. evening resulted in nothing, explanation being it was Memorial Day weekend and refusal to do Saturday work b/c of the holiday. True. But we were promised for 2 months it would be done by Memorial Day. Grading was not completed and MOUNDS of topsoil were left to lay. Sod was not laid. This guy was fired. Many promises, little delivery, little attention to detail, big bill.
