When you go in, a staff member helps you all the way through, from suggesting items, if you need help, to going with you and picking up the supplies, cutting to size if necessary, loading it in your vehicle and then ring up the sale. We ordered new windows for the house, Ben (their Marvin Window man) helped us all the way through the purchase and installation. He had to custom measure and we had a few unusual needs - which involved custom work and design of some special features. He was meticulous, and a real pleasure to work with. Mongers has assisted us in the select ion of some subs for our renovation who they knew to be good workers at good prices, with good materials. Everyone they referred has turned out to be excellent.
