When I called them, they asked specifically what type of unit I had. They suggested taking a picture of the unit so they would have everything they needed to replace the unit. I took a picture from my Ipad and emailed it immediately. They were at my house the very next day. Took only 1 hour from start to finish. Very pleased with their work.

As stated above, the home heating and cooling appraisal was done in a timely manner and quite professionally. Landes runs about 1 week for appointements to do new installations. I made an appointment and three very nice gentlemen, including Craig Landes, came to my home to do the installation. Craig made sure that the other two men knew exactly where everything was going and what the time frame was. The work was done in a day and a half. Carpets were covered, and everything was vacummed before the installers left the house. My home has never been so warm in the winter. I got a digital, programmable thermostat that heats the house in the morning before I get out of bed, turns the heat down when I go to work, and on again before I come home. My bills have also decreased even though the comfort level in the home has increased. Great company, great products, all really well done!

Yearly heating system checkup.

I think it went very well. I called them and the next day they had someone over. I tend to hover when repair people come to my house because I'm interested in what they're doing, and they didn't mind answering all my questions.

The technician was extremely polite and really honest (and quot;Ma'am, I have to tell you I have no idea what's causing this.and quot;) and reassuring (and quot;... but I'm going to figure this thing out!and quot;). And they did. The problem's fixed and we're once again happy customers.

Barry was the tech who did the checkup and the motor replacement. He was knowledgeable, soft spoken, kind and professional. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the level of professionalism they exhibit. Note that they are more expensive than other local companies and they do not accept credit cards. But you get what you pay for!!!

The technician arrived on time. He was very professional, courteous and articulate. He serviced both A/C units and informed us we were low on refrigerant. He asked if we wanted him to locate the leak for possible repair which he did. The repair was to be scheduled at a later date.

I have always been happy with them. I have never had a problem. The quality of their work is wonderful. Sometimes the amount I pay could range from $80 to $110 depending on what they do. I would definitely continue to use them in the future.

Landes Hand A installed a new gas furnace in my home. They provided a competent assessment of the existing system and an exact estimate of the price for replacing it with a newer system. They answered all of my questions and took the time to explain in detail what work would be performed. The work was done on time, and the installation technicians were prompt and courteous. There was one problem with the installation that required them to come back a couple of times, but they corrected the problem quickly. I continue to use Landes for annual system checkups and am happy with their service and price.

Estimate over 100.00 dollars, (add states that estimates are free, however when I ask, I was told that is only if you are getting a new system. amount did not apply to bill, I could understand if you had the work done by someone else, It took a week after making the appointment, but it was really hot and the time frame was about the same for everyone I contacted. Said that I would use them again, however I'd first try and find a deal, maybe where the estimate or a portion of it applies to the work. also if I had to use them I know there work and I was pleased with that.

Our air conditioner had died on a super hot day. Landes was at our home the next morning. They fixed the problems and provided the units with a tune up. They gave me advice on regular maintenance that will limit the chances of this occuring again. Overall, I was thrilled with the experience and the bill was very reasonable.

I received two quotes from Landes, for two different types of replacement systems. The estimator was very knowledgeable and professional. They gave me a very good quote, which I accepted. The installation was performed at a time agreeable to me and to my satisfaction. There was a minor problem with the equipment, which they promptly repaired on a return visit. I now have an annual maintenance contract with them as well.

Great phone manner. Very easy to setup appointment. They were the only ones in town willing to service my in-warranty unit. Others said 'no' because they don't sell my particular brand. Service was punctual, and efficient. Took their shoes off for my carpets.
