+ -1 moreThe installer's name was Bill. His son was his assistant. They arrived on time and worked harder than anyone I've seen in a long time. They were extremely efficient and never even took a lunch break. They came at 7:30 a.m. and left about 4:30 p.m. Very professional, easy going, knew exactly what they were doing. Bill refused water or food from me. He just wanted to get the job done. He and his son worked extremely hard and showed me how to work the windows (for safety and cleaning). I would highly recommend these folks. We only had 12 windows installed, but hope to have them back next year to have the other old windows replaced.
