+ -1 moreThe two technicians, Craig and Laurel, arrived at the agreed-upon time, and we discussed the job and discounts I had been promised before work began. They spent approximately an hour and 15 minutes doing all the job entailed. They were polite, did the entire job to my satisfaction and I will be happy to recommend their services to others. I would (and very well may) use their services in the future.
Description of Work: They washed the house using a method more gentle than the typical power washing. They also cleaned the gutters, and bagged/disposed of the muck from the gutters.

+ -1 moreThe Window Gang did a very good job cleaning my gutters...that is when they finally showed up. My gutters were clogged with leaves, and this summer was particularly rainy, so water would back up in the gutters and pour over the sides every time it rained. After a reschedule (by The Window Gang) and then a missed appointment (on the reschedule day), they finally cleaned my gutters after about 2 weeks of trying to get it done. Despite the long wait and missed appointment, The Window Gang has always been professional and performed a quality job when I have used them. Their fair marks on responsiveness and functionality are the result of one occasion and was hopefully an isolated incident since I intend to use them again in the future.

Description of Work: They cleaned 25 windows including the screens, 3 French doors, 6 double patio doors, storm door, one small door and garage door window. Craig and Antwain were neat, courteous, professional, polite and focused on providing a professional job. Neatness was beyond reproach. When obstacles were in the way they were moved and then returned to the original position. They treated my home as it was theirs. I would use them again and recommend them to any one needing windows cleaned.
