Jose and Ryan were fantastic!

First, the design consultant was great! Anthony S. Showed up on time and knew his stuff. He was straight forward and accommodating! We ordered product they had in stock. We got an install date 2 weeks out, then they called with an available opening. From ordering to install 9 days. The installers, Stephen P. And Isaiah C., showed up on time, were friendly and polite. They treated my home as if it was theirs. They did a great job! The bathtub looks great!

Fred P. and Jacob K were excellent workers. They did a beautiful job on our bathtub and shower replacement! I would highly recommend them and west shore home.

Looks great, wife loves it. Didn't have the correct shower curtain rod and soap dish, but the technician advised me ahead of time, he went back to the warehouse a came right back to install it. The only other thing that i found was the water spout was not installed incorrectly there was a gap between the wall and the spout. I called and they are sending someone next week to correct it. No issues at all with fixing an error. Highly recommend the company and will used them again in the future.

Brian E and David F did an excellent job on my walk in shower. I was so impressed with and they are so friendly and polite. They explained to me what job will be done, they came on time and start the work right away. They did an excellent job in cleaning up . Five stars to Brian E and David F.

First, Tristan came to my home and addressed all of the concerns that I had for my 89 years old mother and her 1970s bathtub. He was very adept with the products and went through all of the options to help me make an economical choice that would suit my family's needs. He wasn't pushy or abrasive, just a friendly guy who understood the needs of the elderly and tried to address them in a professional, empathetic manner. Next, came the two-man crew--Mike C, and Jordan M. They came at the appointed time and went right to work. My mom and I stayed out of the way as I taught my lessons online and she talked on the phone. Before my day had ended at 4:00. They had cleaned up the bathroom and the new shower unit was installed. Did they take a lunch break? Who knows? They were very busy bees! When I saw the final project...I was glad I invested in this renewal. They carefully explained the dos and don'ts, showed us how to work the sliding shower wand (my mom had a stroke and can barely move her arm so that was a big deal), and then put the sign up to remind my mom not to use the shower until 4 the next day. I loved the bars in the shower and my mom wanted to see her seat that was made into the shower wall...Goodbye clumsy shower chair! My mom called everyone and told them to come over to see her new shower--she is very excited to try it out. Thanks, Tristan, Jordan, and Mike--this project was a HUGE success!

Tristan, our sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable about the range of products, price points, and financing. He walked us through our options keeping our interests and budget in mind. He presented pros and cons to the product, and allowed us to ask questions which he answered fully. Our installers were Hector and Greg. They were professional and efficient, completing our installation in a single day. They kept us informed throughout of progress and issues they encountered, and ensured our expectations were being met throughout. They were mindful of cleanliness and at the completion of work did a great job making sure no debris/trash was left behind. Overall great customer service experience and a quality product delivered as promised. Well done Tristan, Hector, and Greg! We are EXTREMELY satisfied with your work.

Shae @ Brandon were excellent in removing my old shower and tub and installing my new shower. They were very polite and efficient in their work. They did an excellent job in cleaning up. I couldn't believe it.

Ray and Ron were very professional throughout the entire project. They explained each step and allowed me to view the project as it went along. Clean-up was absolutely perfect.

My new shower is beautiful, looks like it should be in magazine. Nate, Aramis and Mike C. were true professionals. They were on time, courteous and their attention to detail was spot on. They treated my home as if it was their own. Also, followed COVID regulations the entire time. I will definitely be recommending them to others and love the special financing they offered by West Shore!

Design Consultant Jared V. was very familiar with the product and gave great insight to the project. The installers Mike C. and Brandon W. did an excellent job removing the old tub and mud tile walls, protecting my house, and cleaning up after. I love my new shower and highly recommend this company.

I was extremely impressed with the each individual I encountered with the company. The gentleman that answered the phone, and promptly was able to set up the initial consult was impressive. The in home consultant, Tom, was professional, great guiding our choice, and wasn't pushy with the sale. And, the installation was scheduled expediently after signing the contract. The installers, Shane P and Steve P were professional and worked quickly to get the project done the same day and ensured our satisfaction. We are very satisfied with our overall experience with the company and definitely with our final product!
