I had Michael M & John remodel my bathroom, removed a bathtub and installed a shower, Very professional and I am very, very please with the work and would recommend them to anyone, VERY PLEASED

Stephen P. and Lamar D. were very professional in all manners. Talking and explaining problems that arose during install, also handle all calls to get a plumber on the job to quickly correct the problem. I want to give a huge shout out to them for leaving my home cleaner than when they arrived.

Michael M & Jordan were very professional and polite. They did a really good job. I am very pleased with me new walk-in shower.

Ray and Ron were in my home and it was such as pleasure to have them working on my new walk in shower! Very polite and friendly. I had a package delivered and it was too heavy for me to pick up so Ron said he would take it in for me! They cleaned up very nicely as I was told they would. I was skeptical at first about hiring westshore homes due to some of the reviews but I am so happy we choose them.

We hired West Shore Home to remodel our shower. The crew of Nate and Lamar did all the demo and installed the new acrylic shower in 2 days. They had a fit problem with one of the acrylic door surrounds (it was warped from the factory). They quickly redesigned the shower door (entrance area) and called their main office to deliver another acrylic panel that they fabricated on site with the new design. The quality of their work is very good and we are really impressed with the new shower entrance design they came up with. West Shore Home supervisor, Juan, also chipped-in his expertise to resolve the door surround problem. Great team effort left us satisfied customers. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Kristopher, my design consultant was most thorough helping me to decide between the many options available. Michael M, the lead installer was on time, explained to process, and kept me updated throughout the day. His helpers, Jordan and Jose kept everything moving along and were able to make the job finish quicker than expected. I am very satisfied with outcome. A total of 16 days from design to completion. A most professional and complete job!

Nate was on time to do the job and completed the job by 5pm. He was very nice and professional at all times. He did a spectacular job and cleaned up all the mess.He is a great representative of WestShore and really deserves a bigger bonus for a job well done. Nat was an excellent worker, he was quick, polite, professional, respected our home and privacy, and cleaned up very nicely after he was finished. He respected our neighbors by parking in front our home and not in others parking places. Overall he was a very great hire.

From the 1st call to the completion of the install, I was very happy with their professionalism, and how they explained each step. I love the aesthetics of my new shower and have enjoyed using it! Great improvement over the old fiberglass tub unit. Thanks ya'll!!

My installation pros Michael M & Greg were the best in the business, they were nothing but the best from start to finish. My wife and I felt very comfortable with them in our home. West Shore is on my list for future home improvement projects.

I highly recommend that you make sure that your installers technicians are Avi, Robert and Joe. They will be completely professional and very knowledgeable about the job they are doing. They will do awesome work.
