I'm borrowing this review from another happy customer but it all holds true for me. Ray B. and Eric B. installed my walk in shower yesterday and I love it. They were professional and kept me abreast of the entire process. They were very patient with my questions which assured me that I made the right decision. I would definitely recommend. I rate it a 5 plus !!!

Conversion from tub to walk in shower. From the time the representative visited until the two craftsman came and completed the job was flawless. Brian and Ty installed our shower and did an outstanding job. They kept us up to date on each step of the way and finished in one day as quoted by the rep. Brian and Ty were very professional and engaging. They did what they set out to do. I would recommend both West shore home and Brian and Ty to anyone and we would not hesitate to use them again.

Ray B and Eric B offered superior customer service and represented West Shore Homes incredibly well! They explained the process and then kept us informed, throughout the day, of the progress. At the end, Ray summed up everything and gave us tips on maintenance. I would not hesitate to use West Shore for future projects and will be recommending them to everyone!

Ty and Ray were our installers. They arrived right on time, with everything they needed. Despite running into obstacles during the install, they knocked it out in 1 day, just like I was quoted. The shower looks amazing and the fitment is great! Very knowledgeable and tons of expertise for the job!

Matt and Logan represented West Shore Home with great talent and professional workmanship. They came in as scheduled and completed job. They explained the steps and started out by protecting area. Jordan M. and Jeremy were both great. Glad they did the install of our tub to walk in shower. It was a big task that they handled very professionally for us.

Shae and Daniel performed our Bathtub and Shower remodel. They arrived during the scheduled time gap, and were very professional as they entered, explaining the set up before working. As they performed the demo and install, they politely answered questions we had along the way. Prior to departing, they cleaned our home (where they worked) and their work area outside to our satisfaction. They also explained and cautioned us on the cure time and cleaning of the acrylic walls and bathtub. They are receiving a 5-star rating for their one-day work and professional installation.

The guy came did a great job they where in on time and did the job in a timely manner I was able to go to work on time be a they where done before 3pm .

Great experience with Bernard, sales rep, who explained everything including options. Then Jordan M and John B. executed the installation flawlessly. Jordan explained the process and both delivered without any problem. Their passion to maintain a clean environment was demonstrated by blowing everything down prior to placing the items inside our home. Completely satisfied and will definitely recommend the company. Don't forget to ask for Jordan M and John B as your installers, you won't be disappointed!!!!

Brian and Ty were amazing! They were friendly, efficient and worked continuously ALL day long. We have a 70 year old home and they had to deal with getting some old tiles off the wall before they could install my new shower. They were on time, hand carried debris out of the house, and they cleaned up after themselves well. I would highly recommend both of them to work on your project, and our whole experience with West Home has been wonderful. The new shower is huge, and I can't wait to use it!

Ray and Eric were very pleasant and polite. Everything was explained before they started and and at the end, they did a wonderful job. My new shower looks great. Now I have to do the rest of my bathroom to match the new shower.

Michael M and Lamar a excellent job with our shower conversion, they were on time and very professional. They finished the entire job in one day, and it looked great.

I replaced my bathtub with a new walk-in shower. Ray and Eric explained what they would be doing, and often showed me the progress as they worked. I had new acrylic ceiling tiles, sides, floor and window frame done in white with chrome on my bars and faucet. They worked steadily through the whole day, and did a good job of cleaning up the old materials. Salesmen Joe and Tommy were very friendly and pleasant when explaining the process and helping me with financing. I had a positive experience with West Shore and would recommend them.
