Xavier Ward and Torey Smith did an excellent job replacing my tube/shower last Friday, August 26, 2022. I was impressed by their work ethics and ability to handle such a complicated job, both mentally and physically, in such a short time. I did say to Xavier, "I hope you are paid well, because you deserve it". Now, I do believe the cost is high. But, like I previously said, Xavier and Torey should be compensated for the quality workmanship they provided. You are only as successful as those who actually provide the finished product. Dawne M. The installation crew was outstanding. Shae, Xavier, Torey are really nice guys. They made you feel comfortable. They were very professional. Didn't mind you asking questions or checking in on the progress of the installation. Rating of 4.5 was due to some things that were not clear from the design consultation. Overall the product and installation experience was great.

I renovated two bathroom showers - converted an old fiberglass tub in one and ashower in another. My initial meeting with Heath was great. He was patient and detailed in providing me all the options to consider in doing the project. And never once did I feel pressured. In fact, a couple of times he advised against some "add on's" that would have increased the price because they weren't necessary or were potentially not safe choices for one of the bathrooms anticipated for someone who is elderly. The Installation teams of Ron D and Matt G on one bathroom and Matt T and Shai on the other were AWESOME!! It was hard to believe they could do all this work in less than 8 hours, but they did and it turned out beautifully. Matt T and Shai ran into some concerning plumbing and electrical issues from a previous contractor's work in one of the bathrooms so other West Shore team members had to join. But they got there quickly, addressed the problem and made my BR safer than it was before. I love that West Shore's price includes dealing with whatever they find - for no extra $$. From past experiences with contractors that isn't the norm! All of the guys were professional, but hard working - on a really hot day. And Matt T and Shai had to carry stuff up and down to a third floor BR - they get extra points for that ;)!! I would most definitely recommend West Shore Homes for this type of project. They are fair in their approach, are professional and excellent to work with. They also use excellent materials, for example the bars used have indentations to make them safer to grab with your hand - haven't seen that with any of the other BR remodels that I've done! I am delighted with my new showers. Thank you, West Shore Homes!!!

WestShore Home completed 2 bathroom remodels in the same day...arrived by 8 a.m. and completed by 4 p.m. Their installers Ron D, Matt G, Deontia V, and Jessie H. did an amazing job and answered any questions we had. Our Design Consultant Tiffany D. explained all the details to us before we signed the contract and followed up with a visit on installation day. We would definitely recommend WestShore Home for bathroom remodeling.

Hired West Shore to remove bath tub and replace with a walkin shower. Ron D. and Torey S. arrived on time. Were very courteous and friendly. Did an excellent job. They are definitely a credit to your company. Would hire this company again for any further work needed.

We hired West Shore Home to replace our shower. Matt and Deontia were on time. Very polite. Kept us informed along the process. Helped us make decisions about the placement of shelving and grab/safety bars. They cleaned up during and after the work was done. They left us with a list of cleaning products that would help our new shower last for a very long time. We thoroughly enjoyed having Matt and Deontia in our home.

Jared R., Jeff R., and Deontia V. came on time removed a bathtub shower combo and replaced it with a handicap shower. They were friendly and courteous and were very professional. The job took approximate 8 hours with no hidden costs or overruns. Would i recommend the company, YES Both the company and the people rated a 5.0 out of a 5.0

Ty and Xavier did a great job. They were very fast and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure that ai was satisfied when they finished.

Deontia and Andrew were very professional and did an excellent job installing a shower for us. They were friendly, courteous, and diligent in getting the work done. I was not expecting them to clean up as thoroughly as they did so they left me with a clean bathroom and a new shower! What a wonderful experience working with them and West Shore Home.

As promised, installers were here at 8am. Job completed by 2pm. Original bathtub removed and beautiful walk in shower installed. Larry M and Jared R were professional and friendly. The cleanup was so thorough, had we not been there, we would not have know any type of construction\remodel had taken place upstairs. West Shore stood by their product and word. Would definitely recommend.

THE WORKERS SHAI & JAYDEN WERE BEYOND RESPECTFUL. I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THEM IN MY HOME & I WAS HOME BY MYSELF (FEMALE). THEY FINISHED ON TIME & CLEANED UP THEIR MESS. TO BE HONEST, AT TIMES I FORGOT THEY WERE IN MY HOME BECAUSE THEY WORKED SO QUIETLY AT TIMES. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN. EVERYTHING FROM THE REP TO THE COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT WAS PERFECT.

Jose and Jesse were on time, professional, and communicated with me and my husband well. They often asked, "what do you think, or are you satisfied." The next morning when they arrived, Jose asked do you have any questions or concerns. Mike C., Mike G., and Javier W. were here at exactly when they said they would be. They worked quickly, quietly, and neatly. Our shower looks great, they explained everything well, and they were polite and friendly. The shower build is such a great improvement in looks and use of space over the previous shower unit.
