First, let me start off by saying that Jose, Xavier (L or J) and George C. were amazing. Jose was the site lead and was very clear about what he and his team were going to do. Additionally, they were very polite and asked my opinion several times which I thought was very considerate of them. I rated the value for money a 4 which had nothing to do with the team listed above. I do believe that the pricing was a little higher than other companies that we interviewed for this job. The competition offered an entire bathroom remodel to include a half bath for the same amount. We chose West Shore Homes based on ratings and timeliness. Overall, my husband and I are incredibly happy with the work that these men put into our home - and they cleaned up very well afterward too :)

They live up to what they advertise. On time, quality work in one day I had two bathrooms completed in one day-an upstairs & downstairs bathroom. They sent two teams of two men who were very professional upon arrival. They went over the scope of work, asked where the two projects were located; water turn off valve and then went right to work. Because the salesperson goes over everything when you have your initial appointment, thereâ s no wasted time when the workers arrive. They only needed to consult with me at the end regarding handrail and shelve placement. Iâ m extremely happy with the end results. Kudos to Scott & Victor and Xavier Torey for outstanding service!!

Shai B and Jayden W did a wonderful job removing our old shower and replacing it with a brand new one. Also they removed our old garden tub and capped off the plumbing and placed plywood o over the opening in the floor. They also took away that old tub to dispose of it. The quality of their work and professionalism was top notch. They arrived on time did the installation and demonstrated how to use the magnetic shower wand and how to turn water on for hot and cold water, plus what products to use to clean the shower. I would recommend West Shore Home to everyone we know.

Ray, Eric and KP were courteous , professional and extremely capable. They installed my shower with the utmost care. They respected my home and the investment I was making with this renovation. I canâ  t wait to use the shower From prep to completion these young men represented themselves and the company so well. I will recommend West Shore to any and everyone is know. Eric,Ron and Matt did a excellent job. I think they worked good as a team. They explained what they were doing and made sure to answer all questions.

The technicians, Xavier W., Tory S. and Xavier J. were Master Craftsmen. Efficient, clean, exacting and courteous. They arrived on time, went right to work, work steadily all day and completed the project before dinner. We absolutely LOVE our new master shower. Very Well worth the cost. Itâ s Beautiful. I want to thank my WestShore team of workers: designer Erica, team Larry, Kevin and Anthony that installed my beautiful walk in shower. They removed the ugly 40 year old shower to inside the walls and plumbing. I had complete peace of mind knowing that if they found any hidden surprises like moisture damage or plumbing problem that would be fixed and included in the contract price. So, no additional cost would be added. The work was outstanding. Work started at 8am and was completed by 6:45pm, and that included complete clean up and removal of old shower. A master plumber even showed up to inspect the plumbing upgrade...all included. After the contract was signed, a appointment for installation was secured for a few day later, and all work was completed in ONE DAY. I will be using WestShoreBath again when ready to replace our second bathroom.

Great job and great workmanship! The team assigned to handle our remodel was very respectful and courteous. (MattT&Mike G) Our experience was pleasant and the outcome was awesome! They cleaned up and stayed to answer any questions regarding care and maintenance of our new shower. We will recommend West Shore to our family and friends. Bathroom 1 was completed by Ron, Ray, and Eric. We had two bathrooms done, both teams were amazing, very courteous, polite, and neat. Their workmanship shows in the reveal. Anthony and Larry had the master bath, they went above and beyond and I love our new shower. Thank you for all the great work gentlemen. The customer service received was above reproach. Job well done!!!

Great customer service and very pleasant staff. From Kristopher Young our design consultant to Jose V, Jeffrey R and Matt G our crew on the day-all professional and polite and skilled in their area of expertise.

We had both bathrooms tub/ shower replaced. The installers Je'mari, Collin, Daniel, Kylic,Brandyn arrived on time and ready to work. They worked hard throughout the day and did an amazing job. I love my new Bathrooms!
