First, getting in touch with this company is like hacking into the matrix. They don't do emails, although they have a "contact us" section on their webpage and an email address listed. If you email them, you just have to wait to figure out that they're not going to respond to you. And forget about getting in touch with them over the phone. I called 10 times after purchasing a Groupon for their services, and left several messages. They only called me back after TWO WEEKS of my trying to get in touch with them. We finally got in touch with them, already feeling like we put way too much work into this company. Tino instructed me to go on the website and use the scheduling function to select a date/time for the estimate appointment. I scheduled it and wrote a note that everything would need to be moved from a storage facility into my new home - no packing required. He waited until 20 minutes before our appointment to call me to ask if we were meeting at my home (the only address listed) or a storage facility. I did not hear my cell phone, so he was late to our appointment. I share responsibility in this, but just another indication of how last minute this company does things. He came out, reviewed what we needed moved, and we told him we were going to be traveling so we need to coordinate and plan our move now. He said he'd have our estimate back to us shortly. Shortly meant no estimate, not returning our emails or phone calls, and leaving me to find a new moving company and write this review. I've never dealt with a more unresponsive company, and it's obvious that this guy either does not care or does not have an adequate staff/system. I don't care which one it is, he will never be getting my business again.
