Jim was great. The fence looks great and gives the house a new look. There was a problem during the ordering phase on their part, but Jim worked with me and gave a discount of about 10% to cover the inconvenience. But I never did get a receipt, even after asking for it a couple of times, and there was never an offer for an invoice.

He was very fast in communicating, He did a great job!

The representative did not give a written contract and verbally committed to building the deck and using available wiring to install an electrical outlet. The electrician did not show and the deck was completed making the electrical work more difficult. The electrician showed up and assessed the project. He left, I assumed to get parts and never came back. Tidewater Deck and Fence responded by saying the electrical work is between me and the electrician. I consider this to be poor customer service.

Mr. Jarden and his crew did an excellent job on the deck replacement. Very professional and courteous. Kept me abreast of any discrepancies that were found in the process. Absolutely one of the best deck builders in the business. Would highly recommend them for any deck projects that need to be done. We are extremely pleased with the outcome.

He listened to what we wanted in a new deck that would allow my wife, who uses a walker, to be able to use the deck. He recommended using composite decking and vinyl railing to make maintenance easier. He had us go to Treated Lumber Outlet to pick out the color and type of decking to use. He and his team were very professional and built a deck designed to last. I am a ham radio operator and he worked with me in coming up with a solution for running coax cable from my antennas under the deck and up to the entrance into the house. Once the deck was done they cleaned up the deck and the area around it. I would definitely recommend them for your deck projects. The deck is approximately 13 by30 feet.

Jim Jarden and his team gave my front porch a much needed update. They were quick, professional and cleaned the area as if they were never there. The quality of their work was excellent. I would recommend him again and again.

Jim WAS FANTASTIC! He added a gate and two fenced areas so my two dogs will have a safe place to play. I love it! I HIGHLY recommend his company and can't say enough about their work!

Very satisfied with the repair of fence. Communication was easy and friendly. Mr. Jarden also hung my new shutters at my request and did an excellent job. He is true to his word and put me at peace due to reassuring comments and follow-through. I do not feel I was overcharged for the work . I will call again if the need arises. Workers are friendly and sufficient. All trash was removed. Excellent work!

Their ideas made the plan so much better. They performed the project methodically, careful not to rush, with superb craftsmanship. Punch list--what punch list--we didn't need one! We had a vision for our porch and deck replacement. Jim and his crew took our vision, put the plan into action, and more than surpassed our expectations! Jim called me within an hour of my online request. He replaced my deck and repaired a separate staircase. The work was completed quickly and there was no mess to clean up.
