Arrived on time. Were very professional and pleasant to have in our home. Work was clean and on time. This father and son team really delivered. We had just had them replace our old and badly stained kitchen sink and the work there was excellent as well. Called Christmas morning. They were very friendly and helped ensure that gas and water was cut off for safety despite being Christmas morning. They came first thing they could given holidays and places closed. Installed water heater and did a great job. They are a family business with wife/mom running office and father and son doing the work. They are busy but they are worth it. I have used several big name plumbing companies and been unhappy. This is second time I have used their services both with A+ experience. I would highly recommend them.

Steve & Son came out together and moved very swiftly and politely - very friendly and trustworthy vibe. I had a toilet that just ran water and another that was wobbling on the floor. They replaced the guts of one toilet, and fixed the flange and flapper of the other, seeing that it was the wrong type in there. On a side note, I asked about a loose handle/pipe in the shower and he quickly just fixed it for me. I also asked about a leak stain in the kitchen ceiling and what I thought caused a kitchen light to burn out because of it. He found reason to not be concerned about the stain and somehow believed the light didn't work because of the light switch. Oh really? Yes. So, he just took off the light switch cover, while I'm telling thank you, but don't want to trouble you with that... He stuck some tool in there and, boom, the light came on. Yup. Need to replace the switch. How did he know that?!? Look how much they accomplished, in such a short amount of time, and at an affordable price. I couldn't have been happier with their service. About a week later I replaced the light switch in the kitchen and have light again. Thank you Carson Plumbing!!!

They were excellent. We had duct tape on our tub and he even fixed it at no extra cost.

My hot water heater had broken and while I needed a new one quickly, I expected a day or so before a new one would be installed. Mr. Carson and his son tag-teamed, one at my home and one at the supplier so they could get one on the truck before the supplier closed for the day. They had it installed and operational very quickly - the same day I called.

I had emailed Steve Carson Plumbing requesting a quote for replacing my hot water heater. I had done the same with a few other companies. When Steve contacted me I had already received an offer I just could not refuse from another company. From our intial conversation I will contact him in the future should a need arise.

The only down side was that they couldn't get to me sooner, but I guess that is to be expected of someone who does a good job and is in high demand. Emailed one company on Wed 2/20, and didn't get a response within 24 hours, so on Thur 2/21 I call that company as well as Steve Carson Plumbing. They called me back saying they couldn't come out that day, and they had a hot water heater to install elsewhere on Friday. We called again on Fri 2/22 to confirm we were still interested in having them do the work. On Mon 2/25, we called first thing to supply a cell number to reach us the quickest, and they called around 11am ready to drive to the sight. They got there quickly, listened to everything I had tried up to that point, and recommend thier course of action at which point they got right to work. With in 45 minutes, they had removed the toliet, snaked the toliet with their motorized snake, got the drain clear, removed their equipment, and reinstalled the toliet. I thought it was well worth the cost, as I didn't have the right tool to do the job the right way, and might have broken other things trying to fix it by some other means. I definately would have wasted more time without them.

Mr. Carson and his partner (son) are always my first choice for plumbing work. They do things the right way and are professional and courteous. I have confidence in them and the work they do. From start to finish what could have been a very stressful event was a very positive experience. Quick summary: They came when they said they would even though I was being worked in; were efficient , skillful, good attention to detail, and were careful in both removing and installing the new water heater and drip pan, took care to close the drip pan drain hole with a plastic part that was then filled with caulk per my request not to have water go under house (I am adding a leak alarm) and used the much better ball joint valve to replace the broken valve. They had all the materials they needed with them. When I called, his receptionist (spouse) listened carefully to what I was saying without rushing me and gathered the information she needed to pass along to Mr. Carson to include several questions I had. She is always so helpful and polite and gave me information about the type of electric water heater they install (Bradford White) and why they use this brand. Mrs. Carson said broken and leaking water heaters were something they did their very best to attend to quickly. Mr. Carson called me back very soon after I spoke with his receptionist to get additional data and said he would be out later in the day. Because they do such good work they are in demand and I was happy they could come out the same day I called. I would have waited an extra day without hot water if it had been necessary in order to have them do the work. I had researched electric water heaters and Bradford White, made in the USA, was one of my the top two choices. Due to the very large number of similar complaints on web sites about service and warranty issues with Home Depot etc I wanted a plumber who would back up the warranty to install the new water heater. I had mentioned my kitchen faucet was leaking and Mr. Carson's partner took a quick look and told me they had other customers with issues with this type and kindly got under the sink to get the part number for me and told me how to contact the manufacture to get a free replacement. They noticed my dryer vent was not hooked up and told me how to do it correctly. I highly recommend Caron and Son Plumbing.

Steve and his son assessed the situation and promptly went about tackling each problem. As a team, they work well together, they are reliable, and so easy to work with. The house was built in 1955 so the tub drain pop-up was a bit of a problem Without having replacement parts, Steve improvised and made it work again. They have been handling my plumbing problems for over 10 years and they have never let me down. I highly recommend them.

I got a cracked water pipe in the wall of my garage (qest pipe). I checked on Angie's list for a plumber and saw the high ratings this company got. I can see why. The leak occurred on Friday and they couldn't get to me till Monday so they told me how to turn of the hot water and keep the cold water on so I could do basic things. They came out promptly on Monday, quickly assessed the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. The were friendly, courteous, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were tiling our shower surround, and replacing fixtures but weren't brave enough to do the plumbing. We'd previously had a terrible experience with a big name company, so I immediately signed up for Angie's List to find someone I could trust. I saw reviews for Steve Carson Plumbing, and they sounded like the kind of people who actually cared about their work. They were excellent! They were a little busy when I called, so since it wasn't an emergency I decided to wait to have them do the work(about a week). Steve's wife takes the calls, and is so friendly and helpful. The day they were coming to do the work, they ended up being available earlier than expected, and called ahead to ask if an earlier time would be better for us. They showed up about 15 minutes later and got right to work. The job involved cutting and replacing some of the old copper pipes in addition to installing the new valve at the right depth so that it would be flush with the new tile(which I hadn't installed yet). They gave me advice on how to install the tub faucet, some tips for the wall I was in the middle of skim coating, and a business card of a trusted friend who is an electrician(because I asked). While Steve's son was finishing up the welding, I had asked about a washer that I needed to replace on our pool pump, and Steve went to his truck and searched his supply to see if he had a match, although he didn't have one he did give me a recommendation of where to find one and that was successful. The job took just under an hour, and they were professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate at all to call them again.

Individual arrived from the company and assessed the situation and I was told that they were on another joib that they would finsih up and get my house next. I opened my door just as they were arriving about 6:00 pm within a couple hours they had my pipe fixed and leaving the area.

Generally it was okay. They had to come back and fix something but it was no problem. The first time they went out it didn't look broken but some months later it went again. They responded and they came back without a fuss. It was not a bad experience. We chose to replace the water heater in 2010. They could have replaced it but they were conservative. The price was fair.

Could not say I have had a better experience with any company. Steve spent 20 minutes on the phone answering a million questions, explaining different tanks, how they work, different models, etc....while I was still getting estimates. He was extremely professional and provided input on exhaust and even on a dishwasher we were going to install. He had the best possible price for the product and service out of multiple companies including two of the local tool/home improvement centers. Steve and his son came and worked efficiently, quickly, and were very neat. Could not recomend his company enough...Very Satisfied Customer!!!!!!!

Steve and his son are very professional and competent. The outside faucet leak was fixed quickly on the first visit and the shower drain repaired once a needed part came in. They had to cut through the second floor ceiling to access the repair area, but were quick to finish and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend Steve Carson and son to anyone needing a plumbing repair. This job was small, but somewhat complex, since we weren't certain about the cause of either leak. Although they had a busy schedule, they were able to fit us in their schedule and came promptly when called. This is a good company and I highly recommend them.

I always used Steve Carson for any plumbing problems I had. They were very trustworthy, professional and good at what they did. I had my shower head replaced and the one toilet's plumbing flushed. They were very neat and clean and that was a plus for plumbers and they got the job done quick and easy.

He's very reliable and comes out when he says that he is coming. I depend on him all the time to check and do all of my plumbing needs. He is very professional and knows all that he needs to know when it comes to his job. I highly recommend him.

The Carson's have done other plumbing work for us in the past, and they do it right. The response was good, and they came over with all necessary parts to keep the work duration short. They cleaned up after themselves, and usually ask if there is anything else that needs to be done while they are there. They are rather expensive, but they are worth every penny. The leak problem never returned.
