They came out at the time the appointment was made for and the men were real courteous. They explained everything they were going to do. I was the type that wanted to be involved with everything that goes on around here and in my home. The work was good and they used a good quality carpet that we purchased from them. I didn t want to give out the price of the installation.

They did a great job tearing up the old floor and installing the new one. The floor looked great and there were no problems with the tile. They used high quality materials. What most impressed me was they have been around for a long time, which a company doesn t do if they're not doing good. The price included cost of the materials.

We knew that we wanted to get a new kitchen floor so we started to shop around about a year ago. We checked several different businesses when we finally found one that was only a couple blocks away from our house. I liked the quality of work that the company did and they were very responsive to my needs. I am a professional worker myself so I will only hire the best so I told the manager that I wanted his best workers to do the job. Actually, they were supposed to come out on a Thursday but one of them was ill so I told them to come back on Friday because I wouldn't take anyone else to do the job. I am very satisfied with the work that they have done and I wouldn't have done it differently myself.

During the selection process they were very helpful and they explained the different choices that we had to choose from. After we made our choice they came out the next day and installed the carpet. Everything went very smoothly and there were no problems. I was very happy with this company.
