Excellent job. It was complicated job and in the heat. Bob helped me confirm that was the problem before fully proceeding. He took his time, was very professional, and was very careful to put everything back correctly. The counter staff was also very friendly and helpful. The appointment was scheduled and performed exactly on schedule. This was the second time I have used them and both experiences have been excellent.

The technician arrived on time, was pleasant and went right to work. He rekeyed a deadbolt and a knob. He worked fast and neat. I have no complaints and would definitely use their services again.

I have used him several times throughout the years. It has been there for ever and I give him a call if I ever lock myself out or need locks for some of the rental properties I handle. It is a mom-and-pop kind of business and I like it. They are very reasonably priced. They are responsible and respectable. They do what they say they are going to do, and if they hadn't been doing that, they wouldn't be there.
