"This was not a good experience, sadly. We met with the Sales Manager to get an estimate on a small bathroom renovation. Very quickly, this become a "sales pitch" for the other renovations we had been planning, including jokes from the Sales Manager about how much this was going to cost. Personally, I don't joke about my money - I work too hard to earn it. The day after he left, I wrote an email to him about working through the renovation plan in phases, for both time and money savings. I got a reply: "thanks for the update". A week later I got a phone messagel: "Hey we need to talk about this because the costs are really climbing." Following some "phone tag" while I was on a business trip, I sent him an email: "Please just give me an estimate on the guest bathroom". No response received for three weeks and counting. I guess to him my money and my project turned out to be a joke after all. This is the most disappointing experience I have had to date."

I come from a family of builders, developers, remodelers, electricians, appraisers, realtors, and many other trades in the building industry. My father, who taught me the trades, is a master developer, architect, designer, and builder. He has some of the highest-selling properties in my hometown in California. I grew up working alongside him and other family members framing, building new houses, and renovating old ones. I have served in the military for 18 years and throughout my service I made extra money for my family by buying and renovating properties. Working in both renovations and new construction has allowed me to do almost all aspects of construction, home repair, renovation, structural re-engineering, and design. This allows me to find ways to make any ideas or projects you have in mind come to life for an affordable price whereas others will simply tell you what they can or can’t do based on convenience and not desired outcome.
