+ -1 moreScheduled through Home Warranty of America, so there was no cost per se minus the $100 deductible to HWA. Motor was under warranty still by couple months (cheap Goodman garbage) so HWA paid for labor. The technicians came on time, were professional, answered questions, checked system out and then replaced motor in follow-up visit.
Description of Work: Check outside AC unit & motor.

+ -1 moreThey showed up when they said, and the owner even came back that evening to complete the A/C part so we would be cool, and then came back a few days later (because of my schedule) and completed the heat part.
Description of Work: Replaced the a/c which then meant we had to replace the heat for compatibility

Description of Work: Company was called to our residence via home insurance claim to troubleshoot our ancient furnace. Due to delay in the process (not caused by Precision), the original complaint took some finesse and lots of time to emulate. The technician powered through it like a real pro, though. Showed up on time as promised, never complained or made me (female) feel incompetent. He was able to get a result despite my lack of adequate description on the issue and the miserable location of the furnace. Really appreciate the work and would contact immediately for any future issues.
