Description of Work: Althought he work done was generally good, there were some glitches in the final costs. We were charged for another coat of paint that was not quoted in the original estimate. Also, we had some plumbing work done that did not pass the final home inspection which resulted in having the work done a second time to pass the inspection. Attempts to recitify the situation with repeated phone calls and texts messages have to this day gone unanswered. We have had work done on other houses by this company in the past and had no complaints, but our most recent experience with the company has resulted in us spending additional money that was uncecessary and the refusal to communicate with us regarding these issues have taken him off of our list of competent home improvement specialists and from referring him to other clients.

Description of Work: Exterior painting with extensive repair of water damaged wood on a large Victorian house. The damage was well documented with photos. The repairs were done in a manner matching origional materials and appearance. The property was kept clean throughout the project. Very pleased; during recent tornado had no damage to house structure. Also had him upgrade a bath at my son's house. It now has major wow factor. The work was done very well.

Description of Work: They painted the exterior of the home and actually fixed someone else's mistake. They reinstalled flooring in kitchen and put in kitchen appliances. They patched up holes and put in bathroom fixture. They also painted garage, installed new lights ceiling fans reglazed all the windows and put in sinks.
