+ -1 morePhelps Services Incorporated did an excellent job. My house looks better than before. My rental properties values have increased due to the siding being replaced and they did such a good job on it. The rentals look better then ever. I thought the price was good for the job they did.
Description of Work: Phelps Services installed replacement windows around my entire house, installed new siding and also did this on some of my rental properties.

+ -1 moreI have used Phelps for several years because they did what I paid them for and did it right. They were very hardworking, and my yard looked so good when they were finished. They were trustworthy and friendly.
Description of Work: He mowed, raked, and trimmed a few shrubs in my backyard.
