+ -1 moreMy laptop computer needed the USB ports replaced or tightened. Eventually after keeping it for 2 weeks a 2 phone calls to see when it might be ready, they finally got started on it. Then I got a phone call and the technician stated that he ran the diagnostic software and it said that it was the USB ports. However, he couldn't find the USB ports. I explained that they were on the back side of the laptop and sure enough he found them. Then the next day I called to see if it was finished and was told the technician wasn't there and it would take 3 days to solder the ports. The tech was never there whenever I called.
Description of Work: Loose USB ports were soldered.
