Everything was great! Mr and Mrs Baker - the business owners- were great. They came over to look at the job and give us an estimate. They stopped by everyday to ensure the job was going well, answer questions, and make sure our needs were being met. Dave was the remover/installer - he was on time, polite, and gave quality work. We would recommend them, and would hire them again.

From project estimate to installation, the flooring project flowed according to plan. I was impressed with the personalized service, in-depth knowledge of flooring products, and their professional workmanship. Patriot flooring was respectful of my home and constantly cleaned after themselves. The final result is amazing. The look and feel of my home have improved a thousand percent.

James and Tammy did an excellent job installing my marble floor tiles to perfection! I had two rooms completed and they look like 5 Star Hotel Quality❤ Patriot Flooring is a very professional, reliable, and dependable company. I would definitely recommend if looking for excellent work.

I want to say they do an outstanding job and are very nice people. My issue is with they was they conduct the estimate and final pricing. They give you an estimate of 2000 and on the paper it says to lay down tile. Under the estimate it says customer is responsible for cost of material. So if I paid 2000 for the tile to be payed down, why did I have to pay an extra 400+ for material? What did I pay 2000 for. When they bid the job, they said 2000. I ended up paying over 2600.00 although the job was outstanding I do not like being taking advantage of or lied too. I even volunteered, before I knew I had to pay extra, to pay an additional 400 (which would of made the total 2400) because the gent said he didn’t have his hearing aid in when I told him what I wanted. I have the emails and I have the documents. If your going to bid a job you bid the job with materials added. Otherwise you Specifically tell your customer the price does not include material. So I have no clue what 2000 dollars went to. Again, great job, great people, horrible business ethics.

Everyone was so professional! Him and his wife work so well as a team and explained everything they were doing and got everything done quickly. I’ll definitely be calling them again for my next project.

James and Tammy were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. They were also very flexible as I decided to install some under cabinet lighting at the same time, while the backsplash was removed. This caused them to break up their two day plan into three. But they worked around my plan and did a fantastic job. James is a perfectionist so he was very attentive to details. I will definitely hire them again for our next project.

James and Tammy were absolutely wonderful. They were so detail oriented, clean, punctual, and did a wonderful job. I had my kitchen backsplash redone as well as tile floor done in a bathroom.
