+ -1 moreWe could have pressed the issue since the signed contract that we had with them said nothing about costs affecting it. But we had lost confidence that they could/would perform the job as we expected.
Description of Work: Owner provided a quote for paving a long driveway in mid December. We had rain and bad weather that prevented the work from being started. When the weather broke in the spring, owner said could not do the work for the price quoted due to increased costs for materials.
